two months had passed by since I joined the new school and nothing interesting had happened. I walked downstairs and saw my mom passed out on the couch. I tried not to make any noise so I wouldn't wake her up and grabbed an apple for breakfast.
later, I made my way to my brother's room.
"hyunjin! I'm leaving"
I whispered to my half asleep brother and he nodded.
"bye eunbi!"
I walked outside and saw my best friend,
"hey sunoo!"
I smiled at the boy and he smiled back.
"hey eunbi! you ready for the vacations?!"
I nodded.
"I'm more than ready! these pat few months have been so boring"
I groaned and he chuckled.
"they're not that boring"
he said and I rolled my eyes,
"says the nerd"
he lightly hit my arm.
"I'm not a nerd"
he defended.
"whatever you say, nerd"
I started running and sunoo chased me.
I made my way to wing A and he looked at me in disbelief.
"try coming in now"
I stuck my tongue at him.
one of the perks of this school was that only designated people could get into designated wings. he smirked and punched his id card.
"I have the straight A benefit. I can go wherever I like, whenever I like. only nerds could relate"
he stuck out his tongue and I walked away.
"I'm off before I get late. pay attention!"
he said and I waved at him.
"bye shortie!"
i chuckled and made my way to the locker. I was humming until I felt someone next to me. it was one of the girls from my class.
"yes??"
I looked at her. she didn't have a pleasant expression on her face.
"what's your relation with sunoo oppa?!"
I mentally gagged at her words, but I managed to fake a smile.
