It's been a week since the wedding of Dominic and Nora. The Gray family was back home and getting down on their businesses.

Max was still cold to Myra but Triplets only disliked her mere presence. Victor and Myra's bond was getting stronger day by day and Tristan was also trying to win Myra's heart and create a fatherly place in her heart.

"Myra! My dear! What do you think about resuming School?" Tristan brought the topic up suddenly on the dining table.

Myra paled slightly and looked towards Victor completely unsure to answer.

"I d-don't know.." She whispered in a weak tone.

What was she even supposed to say?!

"I had already think about it father!" Victor replied.

"And what is that?" Max asked curiously.

"She will be homeschooled!" Those words brought ease in Myra's nerves that were close to exploding with the sudden nervousness and fear. She wasn't ready to meet new people and start a life of normal kids.

She could never mingle in the crowds!

Tristan nodded his head slightly and smiled in Myra's direction.

After that day, many sunrises and sunsets came. Myra was now almost 14 years old.

A knock on the door completely startled her. She cleared her throat and said loud enough to other person to hear.

"Come in." Her tone was smooth like honey. Her eyes gleamed with happiness when Tristan stepped inside.

"Papa..." She smiled lovingly and jumped out from the bed to greet him.

Tristan hugged the small girl tight to his chest and placed a gentle kiss on the crown of her head as a sign of affection.

"How are you little darling?" He asked smiling..

"I am ok. How are you? How was your trip?" Myra asked smiling.

"It was great." Tristan replied and both father-daughter took seat on the bed.

"Where is Victor?" He asked.

"He went to attend some important meeting. He will be back by tonight." Myra shrugged and played with the sleeve of her dress.

"Ok. Did he tell you about something?" Tristan coughed slightly. Before a confused Myra could respond him, a voice reached their ears.

"I was going to tell her now." They both turned to see Victor standing leaning against the door frame.

He entered inside and took his seat beside Myra on the other side.

"What is it?" A curious Myra asked a little scared now. Victor was looking somewhat tensed and Tristan expressions showed worry.

"Triplets will be home by tomorrow." Myra felt her breathing restrained.

"W-what?" She croaked suddenly remembering that horrible day.

Flashback ⁵ years ago..

"No leave me or I am gonna shout." Myra screamed at Triplets.

Arles chuckled and grabbed her small and extremely light body in his arms and lifted her up from the ground.

"We would love to hear your screams!" Emilio yelled and within a second pointed at Arles to drop her.

A loud scream echoed when Myra's body was harshly dropped down in the swimming pool.

Her heart pounded heavily as her arms flailed around in water. She desparately wanted to breathe. She gasped and felt her lungs filling with water.

Emilio and Arles chuckled watching her drowning and Enrique was boredly looking at her, waiting for her die and leave their lives.

Myra knew that the triplets hated her but they would try to kill her too, that was something she was never prepared for.

"HELP!" She gasped.

Death was practically dancing in front of her. She wanted to wake up from this horrible dream and wanted Victor to comfort her but nothing was happening.

She could almost feel life slipping away from and the hope of being saved was dying when a loud splash of water was heard like someone jumped into it.

Just when her pain filled eyes were going to close, a hand gripped her small wrist and she was tugged against a warm chest.

She didn't felt much but her body being lifted up from water and connected with open air to breathe heavily.

Her back gently collided against the wet floor like someone had laid her down on it. A hand pushed her hair out of her face and then suddenly two hands started applying pressure on her chest and stomach.

Myra coughed hysterically as water spluttered out of her mouth.

She wailed in shock and hurt finding comfort under someone's warm presence. Her hands clutching the fabric of their wet shirt.

"Everything is fine, Myra!" A familiar cold voice reached her ears. Her teary eyes met Max's eyes. She couldn't believe if it was real or lie.

She never imagined that Max would save her or even spare glance at her while seeing her dying.

"Oh Max! You ruined the fun!" Arles whined from behind them.

"GO TO YOUR F*CKING ROOMS!" Max suddenly roared.

Myra almost had a heart attack and triplets suddenly flinched.

Max was always playful type and cold to Myra but he loved his brothers to death. He never yelled at them and even stopped Victor and Tristan several times to do that. But today his eyes were darkening with that abnormal amount of anger.

Myra shivered in fear and cold when his eyes met hers.

"Go change!" He said before standing up and walking out from there.

Victor was furious when he found out about this. But Tristan kept his calm and stopped Vic from doing something bad to reckless young brothers.

They sent them to the boarding school after two months of grounding. Triplets were never going to accept Myra as a part of their family and this only intensified their hate for her. They loathed her mere existence.

Myra felt guilty because of her 'Gray family' was torn apart. She wanted to get out from there, so the family could be together again. But Victor refused.

Victor never showed it but Myra knew that it was paining him. He loved Triplets same like he loved Myra.

Tristan told her how Victor had raised triplets after his wife Wanda's death. Victor was a perfect son, he handled their family business well at the same time.

Same like Wanda's wish that she wanted a small girl in their family. Victor also wanted same. Victor took Myra here, provided her shelter and unconditional amount of love.

After triplets, Max was gone to. He was sent to prison. Myra never knew what crime he committed but it was bound to done for their family's business.

Myra was waiting for him to come back home because he saved her but she was never ready to meet Triplets.
