"Bakit ka andito?"
She asked after we got inside her office. Ngumisi ako.
"It's a bar raya,"
"I know, dahil ako mismo ang nagmamay-ari ng bar na'to. I welcomed guests except you."
Damn, Angel baby you strike hard and shatter my heart there. Ayaw niya talaga sa'kin? I lick my lower lip. I tried to keep our gaze but she keep dodging it. I don't wanna be friends with her, I want more than just friends, I want a romantical relationship between me and raya.
"Walang kami ni jules---"
"And did you honestly think I'd believe you?"
"Of course! Dahil ikaw ang gusto ko. Ikaw Hiraya!"
Her eyes widened in shock, off guarded to what I just confessed. Her cheeks turned bright red, her expression mix with disagreement and confusion are written all over her pretty face.
Mas lalong naging balisa ang kanyang ekspresyon pero nung nagsalobong ang aming mga titig bigla siyang tumalikod at umastang nagagalit. Napakagat ulit ako sa pangibabang labi at naglakad palapit sa kanya. She threw a warning look but I ignored it.
"Take one more step and I'll knock you down to sleep." she said stuttering as she deliver that warning.
I couldn't help but feel happy about it. Kinikilig ba siya sa akin? The hiraya infront of me is very different from the Hiraya I know. Nuon isang irap lang ng kanyang mga mata tumataas na ang balahibo ko sa nerbyos. Ngayon para siyang isang puting blankong papel na ngayon nakulayan na ng kilig. And I can't help but to grin thinking I have that kind of an effect on her.
"Okay lang naman sa akin kung hindi mo ako gusto, wa'g mo lang akong utosan na pigilan ang nararamdaman ko sayo..." I took a step closer. "... because it's impossible to order my feelings for you to shift and drift---"
"Stop! Wa'g mo na akong bolahin sa mga mabulaklak mong salita---" I cut her words and continued confessing.
"---If this heart started beating abnormally only to you."
Bigla siyang napahinto pati narin ang kanyang paghinga na unti-unting bumagal sa paghinga but after a second she turn bright tomatoe red and her breathing hitch faster than any normal way of breathing.
"You're not allowed to take any step!"
"Bawal rin ba akong humakbang papasok sa puso mo?"
"O-oo!"
Suddenly my heart squeeze in pain and for the first time it was anew, ibang-iba sa naramdaman ko nuon kay Jules. Huminto nga ako pero mas nanaig parin ang nararamdaman ko.
I don't care if she hates me because one day I'll turn that hate into love. I'll work hard to earn it and treasure and love her.
Ipinikit ko ang aking mga mata at dahan-dahan kong idinilat at diretsong tinitigan si raya. I caught her looking at me in a gentle way. Good heavens! When she showed that reaction, na parang na huli ko siya habang mainam na nakatitig sa akin na puno ng adorasyon.
I smirk and took a step closer and snake my arms around her waist. I can't blame her, I know I'm too charming.
"Hero!" she shouted a bit shock.
Tinagilid ko ang aking ulo.
"Pano ba 'yan mukhang naka-pasok na ako sa puso mo?" at ngumisi.
