A scream was heard, causing Kyojuro and Y/N to speed off.
"Demon! There's a demon here!" Kyojuro's crow yelled.
They stopped behind a terrified looking boy.
He was staring at a blue-skinned demon that had another boy in his arms, drawing blood from his cheek and chest.
"Easy there," the demon said.
"Tatsu!" The man yelled.
"Stand back, please!" Y/N exclaimed, holding an arm out to block anyone from going in front of her.
"Somebody help!" Tatsu pleaded.
"You bastard!"
"Let him go at once!" Kyojuro said, his hand on the hilt of his blade.
"Demon Slayers? How annoying. Ugh! What is that stench?"
The demon stepped on a fallen boxed lunch angrily.
"You know, since I became a demon, just the smell of human food is enough to make be want to vomit."
"How dare you insult a box lunch made by the pure of heart? You'll pay for that. Y/N-san, I need you to evacuate everyone from the premises. Make sure there's not a single person left," Kyojuro said calmly.
Y/N nodded and began to move everyone outside.
"Please stay here while this situation is being taken care of. As long as Rengoku-san is there, Tatsu-kun will be alright- Gah!"
The demon appeared outside, his hands severed.
"Keep up!"
He then ran away.
"Rengoku-san!" Y/N exclaimed as she ran inside, closely followed by the men.
"Oh dear... Here, if I may."
Y/N bent beside Tatsu and pulled out some first aid supplies.
She pressed a rather large and thick gauze pad on his chest wound and wrapped it tightly with a piece of cloth right.
"He'll be okay for the time being," she said as backup turned up.
"Where's medical?" Kyojuro asked.
"They're on their way," a female Demon Slayer answered.
"He's been given first aid. He's yours now. Come with me, Y/N-san."
Kyojuro grabbed Y/N's hand and ran outside, his speed quickening a great deal.
'Wah! He's way faster than I'll ever be!'
They got to their destination very quickly.
The demon was also there; he was holding the little girl from before by the neck.
Kyojuro unsheathed his sword and cut the demon's Achilles tendon.
He grabbed the girl with his free arm and placed her on her feet.
He let go of both girls, the older much more dizzy than the other.
"It's- It's you two again!"
"Are you hurt?" Kyojuro asked.
"Oh no- my grandma!"
Kyojuro instantly walked away in search of the woman.
Y/N gently touched the girl's neck.
"Your neck is bruised. Here."
Y/N pulled out a jar filled with a cold cream.
She picked some up with two fingers and applied it to the girl's bruises.
"Better?" She asked, getting a hum in agreement.

Y/N walked alongside Kyojuro towards the Mugen Train.
"Excuse me!" A familiar little girl's voice called out.
The girl and her grandmother stood beside them, carrying boxed lunches.
"Hello, box-lunch vendor!" Kyojuro greeted.
"You guys helped us so much, words don't feel enough," the girl said.
"We do have these, so please take some as a symbol of our gratitude," the woman followed.
"Oh! Since we missed out on having our boxed lunch from last night, this is perfect! All right, how much is it?"
"It's free, but just for you."
"Fine then. I'll accept this one for free. But as for the rest, I'm buying them."
"What?!"
Kyojuro wrapped the boxed lunches in a purple cloth, carrying both containers even though Y/N asked to carry one.
"Please be careful," the woman said
"Stop by again if you're in the area," the girl said.
"I promise to tell my father I came across you two. I'm sure he'll be thrilled. Take care now, and farewell!"
They turned away and continued their walk to the Mugen Train.

Y/N happily ate her lunch, this time not aware of the bug eyed stare that she received from the Hashira.
He finally took a bite of his food.
"UMAI!"

❥ Kyojuro thinks Y/N is amazing with children (Tanjiro kin). ❥ Kyojuro thinks Y/N's skin feels really soft and smooth. ❥ Y/N is really excited because she could hear Tanjiro, Zenitsu, and Inosuke outside of the train. ❥ My left arm and shoulder hurt really bad. 😖 (Please tell me if Y/N isn't included that much in the story so I can fix it in the future!)
