"The potion will last for 3 months and 12 days. Unless you drink a reverse potion," Aloy explained.

"You can make that?" I assumed.

"Yeah."

We were in Aloy's room. He was explaining about the potion that I drank since we already talked about the training schedule.

"An hour left until we have to go," I said.

There was a moment of silence.

"Hey, Jen?"

"Yeah Aloy?"

"What do you think my mate will be like? If I ever get one that is."

I suddenly felt a pang in my heart, one of loneliness and longing.

"He'll probably love someone as strong as you."

Another pang.

"I can feel your emotions Jen."

"Forgot."

When Aloy grew up, his sense of pain grew with him. Which meant he could feel anyone's emotions as long as they were near him. Cool, right?

"You know, that mate of yours is just a piece of shit. He never deserved you," Aloy said.

"It still hurts.."

Aloy engulfed me in a hug.

"He's a bitch hun. And I'm sorry I ever even brought up the topic."

"Its fine."

We spent the rest of our time hugging, until my reminder went off.

Aloy whined, "Come on, let's go."

I stood up and took Aloy's hand, we teleported.

After Everyone Got To The Training Grounds

"I'm sure everyone here knows who we are," Aloy explained. "So we will not do introductions."

"I dont! Who are you?!" A female wolf shouted.

Aloy grumbled something about stupidity then said, "I am Aloy, 'The Woman Of Slaughter'. She," Aloy gestured to me. "is Jade, the Lone Wolf."

There were a few 'oohs' and 'ahs' among the crowd.

"Silence!" came a familiar voice.

Dylan.

The crowd became quiet immediately.

Aloy coughed, "Ahem, we have a schedule for everyone. 13 years and over will be fighting. Anyone under will be having defence training."

There were a few groans which I could tell were starting to annoy Aloy, I also had a feeling her right eye was twitching out of habit.

"Understand?"

"Yes!" the crowd shouted.

"Jade will take care of the defense team while I will be in charge of the fighting team."

After Training

I saw Dylan walking up to me after we finished the training.

"What is it?" I asked.

"I have a feeling I've seen you before."

Someone behind me coughed. Thank the heavens.

"Jade, may I discuss something with you?" Aloy asked.

"Excuse me, but I was talking to her."

"Sorry dude, it's important."

I could feel anger radiating of Dylan while Aloy smiled. He really knows how to tick people off.
