Jenna's POV:

A week has passed and no progress with trying to change things.

"How's things going with your mate?" I sighed.

"To be honest, he's actually kept his word for the past week."

"And," Aloy continued, "I doubt it'll be like that for much longer."

"Why?"

Just then, I heard footsteps to the door, the same ones that belonged to Aloy's mate.

"Oh."

Dont break the door Aloy made, please.

Oh, he actually opened the door.

And now Aloy's getting peppered with kisses.

"Hey, if you're gonna make out, dont do it my room!" I shouted.

Aloy's mate picked Aloy up, bridal style, but Aloy teleported away to the door.

"Nuh uh Noah."

Noah left a kiss on his cheek before leaving with a grunt.

"So, where were we?"

"The part where I tell you we're almost late for the training lesson."

"Oh shit!"

After The Training Lesson

"We haven't talked in a long time."

"And?"

"It gets boring you know!"

I cut off Rose before she could vent. I'll give her attention later.

""I'll give her attention later," she says."

I'm giving her no attention later.

"Jenna?" Aloy asked.

"What's up?"

"I think I know who knows about your identity."

??? POV:

"Who?" Jenna asked, writhing with excitement.

Oh well, do I even need to hear them talk about me? I'm not even from this pack, just stole it's scent.

I am a Heartbreaker. A rare species everyone thought went extinct. I can break people's hearts emotionally and physically but only when they're damaged. The only person who knows about me is Kate. Yes, I have no respect for her pronouns.

Flashback

"Emma!" Kate called out to me.

I quickly kicked aside the child who's heart I physically broke and turned around.

But it was too late. She already saw me.

"E-Emma? What did you do?"

Oh, my sweet Kate, I've always wanted to try this on you.

I focused all my energy on trying to break Kate's heart. But it didn't work.

Damn her and her heartless training!

Kate ran outside, but I chased after her and knocked her down.

"Sweet dreams, Kate."

And I knocked her out.

End Of Flashback

I was too stupid back then to realise she wouldn't forget. I would've killed her if I remembered.

Since that day, I fled from that pack and came here. A few days before I knew Jenna's mate was Dylan. I still keeps tabs on that pack, though, just to make sure that it's doing horribly.

Kate suddenly looked up in my direction, I knew she saw me since she smiled creepily.

"I have some things to do, I'll see you later," Jenna said while walking away.

I jumped down from my tree and saw Kate waiting for me.

"Long time no see, Kat," I used her old nickname.

"It's horrible to see you too, Emm." She smiled.

Like two spoiled peas in a pot.

"How's Jenna's heart doing?" I asked.

"It's mending well, I doubt you'll be able to break it."

"We'll never know till we try. What are you doing here?" I asked.

"Still as nosey as ever I see," she replied. "But really, I know you already know."

"Hmph, kept tabs on me?"

"Of course! How could I let my best friend go without knowing where she was?"

"Dear Kate, how's Qiqi doing?" I asked. "Isn't she, hm, 16 now?"

"You have no right to talk about her."

"Is that so? I bet she still remembers me. She probably misses me, her second sister."

I saw her tense, but it quickly vanished, replaced with a smirk.

"Are we still talking about the same Qiqi? The one who already knows about you?" She spat.

She told her? Well, it's to be expected when she turns...13? She'll be asking about me.

"Quite sad." I looked up, "It's almost midnight. Jenna will be worried. How 'bout we continue tomorrow, same time, same place?"

"Same time, same place. See you later, bestie."

As she walked away, I couldn't stop smiling.

I wonder how much she's trained. It'll be useful now.

Aloy's POV:

I somehow still love that bitch. In a hateful way, of course.

I know her goal, and I'll do anything to stop it. She hates me and wants to take away any drop of happiness I have left.

And she'll break people for it.

Jenna's POV:

I heard Aloy come back, but he didn't say anything to me. Just marched into his room. What's up with him?

I looked outside and saw a shadow quickly running through the forest.

"Hey Jen?"

"What's up, Rose?"

"I'm getting the feeling we're being targeted."

"Now that you mention it, I do too."

"I...I think it's from that figure."

"Really?"

"Yeah."

I continued to stare out my window.

After a few minutes, a woman became visible.  She had short hair with luscious bangs and eyes that were hazel and sharp.

And she looked straight at me.
