GREYSON'S POV

"I dunno, I think having an assistant could be great for you." Jonas, my best friend smiled, as we walked around my hotel room, in search of my keys. "You always said you wanted one."

"This is different."

"How?"

"They're gonna move them into my guest house! They expect me to send someone to do things like getting me coffee, I can get me coffee."

"For starters, you don't even like coffee. And isn't that a good thing? You need some company every once and a while, it'll be good to take some of that weight off your shoulders."

"They always say if you want something done well, do it yourself."

"Ev is actually good at what he does, you know he won't pick some half-ass dude."

"You're right, Jo, but I just don't think I want to boss someone around all day. I don't even have that busy of a schedule."

Jonas shot me a weird look before throwing my keys at me, and luckily I caught them. "You're gone all day today because of press, then next week you have rehearsals, and then the week after that, meetings with a label, and then—"

"-fair point."

"I'm just saying, at least be open to this. Things are gonna get stressful, you're career is on a rise, it's about to get hectic, G." Jonas reasoned, and I knew he was right. It was already starting to get out of hand.

"I'll see you later?" I questioned, about to slide out of my room as he stood in the doorway.

"I gotta fly to Vegas later, I have a wedding, but I will be back on Tuesday."

"Tuesday?"

"Yes, you're picking me up from the airport, right?"

"Mm, I might have my assistant do it." I shrugged, with a smirk, only teasing him as I began to walk away. I could just picture him rolling his eyes now as I made my way down the hall.

Jonas and I had been friends since middle school before I began acting and he started modeling. My family loved him, he was the son they never had, between my two sisters, Logan and Jack, and I. Since my family had lives of their own, and usually stayed in Santa Monica, we usually traveled together.

My dad was a firefighter, had been ever since I was born, while my mom was a therapist. Two very different careers, but at home was never dull. Jack was less than a year younger than me, and Logan was a year younger than her. Even though we were a house mostly full of girls growing up, my parents never wanted a son. They were content with us girls, even though if you heard our names, you'd think all they had was sons. We were close though, despite us not being together all the time.

Logan was really into basketball, while Jack loved acting more so. Our parents had always supported our dreams since we were little, I remembered learning guitar and other instruments, while balancing casting calls and auditions too. Jack had booked her first commercial by three for Gerber, and Logan always played with at least two teams ever since she could walk.

Making it to an interview on time was something I had yet to master, but at least I was only ten minutes late. We had to rush to finish hair and make-up, but it wasn't like that was a problem considering they had very skilled people on set.

I wasn't really a fan of radio shows, but I trusted the guy hosting it since we had met earlier in my career and stayed in touch. This would be the first of many interviews I had today, all about the same thing.
