GREYSON'S POV

It was nearing a month of being in Canada as it was June 16th. As time went on, filming was starting to take a toll on everyone since the hours were harsh and unpredictable. Usually, I wouldn't be done until like six in the morning, which meant Zeke, Izaak, Safiya, Jordan, and Ariana had to stay until then too.

The movie was essentially centered around a toxic couple, who had other options other than to be in that relationship but they always chose to stay. The character I was playing was named Max, the love interest for Adam. When he eventually gets into an accident which results in him losing his memory, so Max has to make him fall in love with her again. We were only a couple scenes into the movie, filming the 8th scene, titled, "Not Ready".

"And... action!" The director, James, yelled.

"Max, you're being an asshole." My costar, Dylan, said, reading as his character. "You always overreact, either you're upset with me because I didn't do something or because I did. I can't fucking win."

"Adam, you embarrassed me! I'm not fucking ready to marry you, okay?  I told you that so many times before and you just don't get—"

"-what the fuck is our point of doing this then Maxine? So we can be boyfriend and girlfriend for six more years? We're not sixteen, I don't want this anymore."

"I don't want you anymore." I spat harshly, watching his face drop.

"You don't mean that shit, Max."

"You just wanna marry me so you can hold this over my head, so you can say, 'I want a divorce' every fucking time we argue so that you get a reaction out of me. You don't love me, Adam, you love loving me."

"You're so fucking heartless," He scoffed, grabbing my wrists and pushing me against the wall. "I don't want to always be against you, but you make me do this."

"I don't make you do anything Adam."

"That's bullshit and you know it! You provoke me, you know that I love you, it's you who's never affectionate with me Max, I—"

"-YOU EXPECT ME TO BE FUCKING AFFECTIONATE WHEN I KNOW YOU'RE STICKING YOUR DICK IN OTHER WOMEN?" I yelled, pushing him off me, as my hands kept pushing him back as I spoke. "FUCK YOU!"

Dylan said softly, unfazed by my character's emotions. "What are you talking about Max?"

"You don't think I know, Adam?"

"There's never been someone else."

"I don't believe that and you can't expect me to, with the way you've been acting either."

"I know and I get that." He sighed, shaking his head. "Baby, I have never cheated on you ever, I swear. Even on the nights we argue and I get home late, I just... I just like taking the long way home to help clear my head. I know I'm not the best boyfriend, but I have never been an unloyal one, Max, ever."

"And scene!" James clasped his hands together, seemingly pleased. "Great job. You're done for the day."

I placed my script down on the couch being used for the scene, watching as the rest of the crew disappeared over by James to review footage.

Dylan does the same, except he puts his script in James's chair as he walks over to me with a smile, giving me a high-five as we both started to walk off-set.

"You were good as hell today." He complimented, on our way backstage.

"You weren't bad either, O'Brien." I chuckled, meeting his dark brown eyes, which had already been focused on me. "I'm so tired though. I mean having to yell and argue for seven hours?"
