"oh my god heidi, stop," thea groaned, speaking to her best friend on the phone.
"i'm not kidding!" heidi insisted.
in the morning, ben had left in a rush to get to football practise while aliyah left a little later to go to work, promising that as soon as she got home, they would watch romcoms and eat ben and jerrys until they explode.
"i don't know what to do," thea mumbled, "i wish you were here."
"i wish i was with you too," the blonde murmured softly. "i know that you really do like him, T."
thea nodded with a sniffle. she did really like him.
"i think-" thea cleared her throat, "i think i..."
"say it, T."
"i think...i think i love him," thea spoke her voice barely above a whisper, as if she was afraid to admit it.
