Aalia was sleeping peacefully when her phone rang. She took her phone.
'3 missed calls'
"Who?" she asked herself.
"Your mom."
That's when she noticed Adnaan on her couch. He seemed busy with something.
"Are you really here? or am I exaggerating?" Aalia asked slowly, opening her eyes.
"It's already 9:00. Wake up." He said.
"Ewwh..... " Aalia said.
"If you sleep in this posture, it won't be good for your leg. So you are a Freestyle sleeper? Huh?" he asked.
She looked at her posture. It's the runner's posture.
"How rude? It's not good to enter a girl's room without her permission. " Aalia frowned.
"Are you a girl? " Adnaan laughed.
Aalia walked slowly to the washroom murmuring something.
'Ewh, Aalia. You should have checked the surroundings.'
She thought.
After freshening up she peeped into the room. He was folding her blanket.
"Noooooooooooooo...don't do it. I will do it myself." Aalia was about to run when he stopped her.
"Don't run. " He warned.
"OK!" she said.
"How's your leg?" he asked.
"Perfect. " she smiled.
"Your mom called. " he said.
Aalia was about to walk out of the room when he said-
"They are not here. Call her. "
"Where did they go? " Aalia asked.
But Adnaan was silent.
She took her phone and called her mom.
"Hello. Why did you call? Where are you?" Aalia asked.
"Remember me telling you about your dad's uncle who is not well? He is actually in a worse condition and we thought of visiting him. " She explained.
"Who all? " Aalia asked, disappointed.
"Your dad, uncle, aunt" She said.
"Wow. Am I your daughter? Why did you tell me now? Huh! When will you return? " Aalia asked.
