Lisa’s expression was dark and difficult to decipher. She had a strong urge to slap Bambam to death.
She could not be bothered to watch the two of them any longer. She turned around and stepped into the villa’s living room.
Bambam found this amazing. “Wow, she’s already entered this place and is living in the villa’s main building? Everyone knows that Boss previously carried a woman home in his arms, but with the Yu Ting Villa’s size, no one could be certain where he was hiding her. Now that she’s entered the Yu Ting Villa’s main building, what will happen to the ugly woman, Lisa?”
Butler Zhao decided to go against Lisa’s orders to remind Bambam. He patted Bambam on the shoulder with a sigh. “You better watch out.”
Bambam took in Zhao Cheng’s strange attitude and felt insecure. “Brother Zhao, why do I feel a little apprehensive?”
Baekhyun quickly kept the name card that Lisa did not accept back into his wallet. “Where’s Lisa? Did CEO Jeon chase her out of the Yu Ting Villa?”
Butler Zhao was not a busybody. He did not wish to implicate himself in the trouble. “Cough!”
After clearing his throat once, he left without saying anything.
Bambam and Baekhyun followed him into the villa’s living room. The two glanced around and only found the gorgeous beauty from earlier sitting on the couch.
Bambam spoke up first. “Goddess, have you seen Miss Lee around?”
“Does Lisa still stay here?” Baekhyun was similarly curious.
“I was originally sent here to protect Lisa. It’s good that she was finally chased out.” Bambam spoke up in the name of justice. “Our poor boss was tied to such an ugly woman for years. His reputation has nearly been ruined.”
Baekhyun initially wanted to nod in agreement, however, his eyes were sharp and he caught the scar on the beautiful woman’s palm…
Previously, Lisa had stopped Jungkook from disfiguring himself and in the process, she had injured her palm. He had bandaged her wounds twice. He had come here today to check on the recovery of her wound as well.
It couldn’t be so coincidental that the two people had scars in the same place, could it?
Unless… this woman was Lisa!
The more he looked, the more he felt that they were the same person.
Their eyes were equally bright. Her lips, her figure…
Furthermore, the fact she was here right now… Jungkook’s feelings weren’t that fickle.
He became certain that this stunning beauty was Lisa!
Baekhyun snapped out of his thoughts and was instantly covered in cold sweat from fright.
Thankfully, he only flirted with her and did not speak as viciously as Bambam.
That man always brought up Lisa’s ugliness at every turn. “Brother Bam, you shouldn’t say that. Lisa isn’t actually all that bad. A young lady like her worked so hard to lose weight, all for CEO Jeon's sake. She ran more than six hours a day, waking up earlier and sleeping later than most people. She’s actually quite amazing.”
Bambam watched him strangely. “Doctor Byun, that’s not what you said behind her back.”
Bambam did not wish for a taste of Bambam’s special training. He was thin and bony, and could not afford to suffer like that. “The things I said behind her back are all jokes. What I said earlier are my true thoughts. We are all educated people. We shouldn’t judge her by her cover. Lisa has a beautiful soul. She treated me to a meal and bought me sweets. I still remember it after all this time.”
“Doctor Byun, I thought you hated her to the point where you were shouting vulgarities?” Bambam began gesturing dramatically. “You said that Lisa humiliated you at ‘Imperial City’, that Boss made you pay for your own bill because of Lisa, and that your face was completely thrown away. You even said that you had to eat tens of thousands of candy all because of Lalisa. Everyone helped you but it was still useless. All that sweetness still caused your throat to hurt. You even said that Lisa should watch out not to let you find any information that can be used against her. Otherwise, you would definitely force her to her death!”
