~Thurday 5th January - 11:23 am ~

It had been almost a full week since Vincenzo had spoken about proposing to me with Elio. I hadn't seen must of him, because he tended to avoid me now; which was hard because I wanted to tell him that I forgave him, for everything. It didn't matter anymore, he showed me too many times that he loved me, and no matter who he had cheated me on, was irrelevant. I needed Vincenzo.

"Vincenzo," I call out through his office doors as they lay slightly open.

"Anastasia." He calls back cheerfully.

"Hi, Vincenzo." I smile, walking towards him as he rolls his chair back letting me lean against the desk as I normally do.

"Hey, Angel."

"I have something to tell you."

"Not right now."

"Why? It's important, it's about us." I smile sadly.

"That's what scares me, Ana."

"Fine then I guess I won't tell you, and we will stay in this horrible position forever."

"Tell me."

"Well.."

"What's wrong?" He asks.

"I don't know how to say it."

"You don't?"

"I'll just say it."

"Say it, darling."

"I want to start again, and have a second chance."

"You do?" He asks, seeming surprised.

"Just one."

"Just one is fine by me."

"You promise?"

"I promise." He smirks, grabbing the back of my thighs.

"No."

"No?" He asks.

"I want to start over completely, I'm not finishing off where we left off, everything is gonna be different now. I want new, real memories so I know which ones to smile about when I think of them. Can you give me that?" I ask.

He lets go of me and I take a deep breath as he stands up.

Vincenzo stands in front of my extending his hand to me.

"Vincenzo Romano,"

I smile softly, shaking his hand.

"Anastasia Ivanov."

"It's a please to meet you, I can see we're going to get along.. really well."

"Perhaps." I chuckle.

He lifts me off the desk and sets me on my feet before extending a hand out for me to hold.
