Chapter 24: The True Power Within

**** My luck just keeps getting better and better! ANIMAX (who stopped airing Fairy Tail last year) announced that Season 3 (Tenroujima Arc) of Fairy Tail will start on March 13! Which means I can re-live the magic of Fairy Tail all over again!~ >_< (Sorry. I'm just too giddy)

I have also obtained a bad case of a 'Last Song Syndrome aka LSS' to the duet of Natsu and Happy. I posted a YouTube video of it. The title is "Itsumo Zenkaida" which translates to "I'm Always Fully Open"

Scene: Magnolia Streets

"AHHHHH!!" The shrill cry of a woman echoed through the soundless streets. She screamed after seeing the huge wave of walking bones, some even had flesh dangling from its bony parts, heading towards the town. Not long after, people started to wonder where did the high-pitch scream came from, and slowly opened their homes, only to be greeted by a bony glare and a smirk.

The army of the undead started crashing into different people's home; turning over furnitures and appliances, gobbling down all the food and scaring off each member of the house. Some also robbed the different shops, and not long after, you could see the bonies, armed and equipped with different kinds of weapons, ready to strike.

One of the bonies stopped in its tracks when it reached a small cottage. It was occupied by an elderly woman and her grandson. The grandma tried to make themonster back off by waving her cane in front of it, but it just annoyed it. and shove the old woman out of the way. Then it headed straight for the little boy who was shivering under the table. The dead came closer... and closer to him, about to grab the kid when...

*SLAAAAAAASHHH!!*

A familiar-looking sword has made its way into the creature, reducing him into a pile of ashes. The crying boy suddenly looked up to see who his or her savior was.

"A true man should never cry. Remember that and someday, you may grow up to be a real one" said a red-headed female equipped with knightly armor, while offering her hand

The boy's face suddenly lit up. "Y-you're..."

"Fairy Tail's Titania, Erza Scarlet." Erza introduced herself. She suddenly glanced out the window of the house to find all the Fairy Tail members working together to stop the tracks of the undead.
