- immediately retracts within his former 'tough' stature, letting out a shaky breath in sync with your own
- visibly relaxes at the sound of yiu being so utterly determined to state it, because it was just that. Fact.
- allows his head to fall and hang, his shoulders drooping beside the melancholy movements
- takes your hand once you reach for him, slowly looking up with tears brimming his eyes and, "I love you so much,"
- pulls you flush against him, his chin atop your head whilst his other hand cradles the back of it
- stands there for a few moments just crying softly with you, drinking in the intimate, raw moment
- takes a deep breath in and, "You're real, yeah?"
'Of course I am,'
"Good, because I can't have you leaving me alone now:')"
- tearfully laughs at the feeling of you playfully hitting his chest and gripping his shirt
- "I love you- so much,"

- usually scoff a d rolls his eyes at any mention of you being upset from anyone else, he refuses to believe it because he's STUBBORN

- it starts when he gradually becomes short with you over the course of a few weeks
- steal glances here and there, but he generally avoids when he sees you talking with people known to be very flirtatious

- refuses to acknowledge you nudging him on the subject oh how different he's being

- chokes of his words since you cut him off with a kiss, slow and sweet, letting the worry melt away

- laughs breathlessly once you roll your eyes and nod, blushing ruthlessly upon his gaze
- "I promise I'll treat you the way you deserve to be," whilst kissing over your knuckles and smiling down at you

- holds you with a little more caution that night, tracing shapes onto your skin lazily while he watches you doze
