Opening the door for August we was just now leaving out so that Sade and Trent could get ready to leave as well. My mind just kept going back to August answer to Sade
15 minutesago...
After waking Kyla up we attacked each other with kisses after sitting with her in the room to get some time alone with her. Trent also told me to take my time so I just know they in there grilling this man like he actually my nigga.
"What you want to do today baby? Come on let momma see you walk to the kitchen big girl" I put her down and we was now walking to the kitchen to see if Aug needed to be save
"So you just trying to fuck her or you actually trying to build something with my baby?" I heard Sade not wanting to snoop but really wanting to hear his answer I grabbed Kyla to stop her and listen
"You know what I'm honestly not sure, I'm just gone keep it a hunnid with y'all out of respect for you og. I rock with ha a lot but we still learning each other and just vibing, we ourselves haven't even touched on that subject yet and a nigga got a lot ta deal with personally and I know what I still be doing out here, I'm still young shit she young." August replied saying a bunch of nothing really
'I'm honestly not sure' kept playin in my head
"Cool so you just wasting my baby time using her for a fuck I've heard enough babe I'm leaving I'm already late tell Ja'liyah I had to go and let her know I willbe calling her later"
After hearing the front door close I decided I heard enough. This is why you don't snoop.
"That was a dumbass answer nigga what the fuck was you thinkin—," Trent said seeing Kyla and I walking into the kitchen he stopped himself
"Lala what's up mamas" he said to her she started talking
Looking at August I gave him a small smile.
Shit I knew we wasn't going to jump in a damn relationship, hell I wasn't ready for it fully but I don't know I guess it's because I like him more than I thought I would. I was willing to at least try. You know what it's the dick it gotta be!
I told myself not to expect much from a nigga anyways especially one who knows what I do for work, on top of knowing I have a child.
"Wassam mama.." he walked up to Kyla reaching for her and she damn near jumped in his arms
You know what I'm glad I snooped, for this reason here. I literally told this man I didn't want her to get attached to anyone who didn't plan on being in her life. Snooping is good sometimes
"Alright, Trent we are about to get out your hair I gotta get her home and him to his car"
"Alright Ant ima holla at you soon" Trent said dapping August I could've sworn he whispered something else to him
"Alr bet" August replied not correcting him on his name, who the hell is Ant?
"Where Sade?" I asked already knowing
"She had to go she told me to tell you she had to tell you she was already late" and was going to call me later right ?
Ok yeah let's go I thought
"Here let me get her" I said to August "I got her ma get the door for me?"

He gave me a look before putting her car seat in. Asking for the keys to drive he ignored me and walked to the drivers door "August come on let me drive I already know i'm not going to feel like moving once we make it to your car" I laughed
"So you tryin' to get rid of a nigga?" he asked
sighing I just went over to the passenger side letting it go
I connected my phone after August said he knew where he was at. I really just let whatever play. I do have a small attitude right now because why would he fuck me like that and say some stupid shit like that?
I went to Nai's contact and called her to see if she pick up
"Helllooo"
"You know I don't like you," I said I miss her and she always busy or im too busy
"I don't get why we even friends" she replied
"Same bitch, you never have time for me" I sniffed I hate being so damn sensitive
I felt August grip my thigh, smiling I mouthed I was good
"You so damn dramatic bitch you better not cry, gone make me"
"What you doing tonight, I just picked Kyla up"
"I was literally packing my bag to come to your house because you had me fucked up" she said
"Stop playing" I smiled
'Welcome to chipotle what can I get you today?'
"Uh give me one sec" August said
"Bitch I know you lyinnnnng who the fuck is that??"
"You want something ma?" He asked me
"Hold on Nai" I put the phone down
"Yeah get me a chicken bowl with a side of gauc and queso '' I told him all the fixings I wanted and he repeated it
"what time you coming want me to grab you the same"
"Yeah I'm coming now"
"Let me actually get 2 of those actually" August said adding Nai order. He told her what he wanted and even got Kyla a bowl after asking me if she was allergic to anything thing there.
"Here" I tried to give him my card "Man put that away" he said
"Alright Nai can you stop and get drinks"
"Aye grab a 5th of Hennessy not just that fruity shit y'all drinking" August yelled into the phone. Who invited this nigga?
"We big drinkers fuck you mean?" Nai lied, laughing she told me she had to stop by her boo house first but would be to us, I told her she was nasty and hung up
"Ima make 2 quick stops ma cool?" nodding my head I looked back at Kyla seeing her chewing on her fingers she was good so I laid back and closed my eyes letting sleep take over.

I some how deleted a lot of this chapter but instead of throwing this phone :) im going to save this and edit the next chapter before I JUMP
I would just add some shit to it but I already have chapters 12-31 saved in the drafts and don't want to fuck up my timeline
might drop another chapter just because this one so short to me ♡
