"Uh- mom, may I remove my mask now?" Carlyn initiated the conversation.
"Are you sure about letting them see your face?" Sleek asked her as a response
"Yup, you trust them so I'll trust them too." She said and proceeded to remove her mask
"Yah! Cham-"
"You guys can call me Carlyn now, unnie hehe."
"I'm Carlyn, 17 years old. I am known as Champ and please keep my identity as a secret. Thank you." She introduced herself once again but as Carlyn.
"Yah! Carlyn, how could you hide that cute and pretty face of yours?" Yeni asked her jokingly.
"Ey, don't say that, unnie. I look like the usual human in this planet" she said embarassed
The team laughed at her word choices and now they see the 17 year old in Carlyn as they just saw the dancer Carlyn earlier.
They seated and started getting to know each other, but little did they know she already knew about them because she also did her research in the plane.
Instead of getting to know each other, they just chose to get to know Carlyn and asked her to talk about herself.
"Um, well I'm Carlyn, 17-"
"We already know about that, tell us about how you started dancing and such" Halo asked her playfully
"Uh well about that— I was dancing ever since I could walk but my love for dancing intensified when I visited this mom with my real mom." She said pointing to Babysleek while Babysleek just listened to her fondly.
"I could have studied here but I chose to study in London where I currently reside right now when I was 13 years old. I study in xx art school. My parents allowed me to study there and they could have paid for my tuition but the school offered me a scholarship which is why I work really hard for them not to regret their decision."
They were shocked when they heard about the school where she is studying.
"xx art school? Isn't that one of the biggest and prestigious art school in the whole world?" Chocol asked
"from what I heard, I think it is and I believe that they really do deserve the title. We are always taken care of and their students are their priority." Carlyn answered.
"Wait- doesn't that school only accept students 18 years old and above." Chocol added
"uhm, yes. But I guess I was an exception...?" Carlyn answered grinning
"As you see guys, my child here is very talented that even those with restrictions opened their gates for her." Babysleek said proudly
"Wait- I remembered something. If you're from that school, then you must know who that girl who went viral for performing during a celebration last year, I think...?" Yeni asked
Carlyn suddenly giggled and answered.
"Of course, I know her pretty well."
"Wait, really? Who is she? I've been curious about her seeing other famous choreographers and performers notice her." Babysleek also asked curious.
"Well— that person is the dance team's president" she suddenly paused
"A.k.a. me." She said to them with a smile
"What?!" Everyone expressed as they were surprised
"It was you all along?!" Babysleek questioned
"Yup" she said popping the letter p
"you guys are the first to know, outside my school team and parents of course. I really trust you guys that you'll not share this to anyone." She added
"of course, love" "of course, 'saeng (short for dongsaeng)" are what she heard as a response.
"It's getting late, we'll see you again tomorrow, Dongsaeng?" Yeni asked
"of course, I'll be here anytime." She answered.
"I'll bring you home, sarang. You just came from a very long flight, you must be so tired." Babysleek said.
"I am, but I had fun so it doesn't matter." She said with a smile.
"bye everyone! Have a great night, see you tomorrow, stay safe!" She added
Before Carlyn and Babysleek left the room, the team didn't forget to hug Carlyn one-by-one. They as well complemented and showed their gratitude towards Carlyn for being there.
After exchanging hugs and a few more byes, Babysleek brought Carlyn home and when they arrived, she said goodbye as well and kissed her forehead.
After getting ready for bed and before sleeping, Carlyn didn't forget to call her friends and tell them updates on what she is doing right now.
After a while, sleeping Carlyn was what her friends saw on their screens. They ended the call and messaged Carlyn a goodnight.
