The boys have just finished their American leg of the tour and they were headed back to England to get some rest and relax for the other half of the tour which they were going to be performing at the O2 arena which was completely sold out already. Louis was pregnant and overdue with his and Liam's first baby
"Easy there Lou" Liam says as he helps Louis onto the plane to fly back to England for their rest and relaxation
"I know" Louis says a little cranky cause he didn't get much sleep the night before cause the baby kept him up all night moving around and kicking his bladder and making him run to the loo every ten minutes
"Louis are you sure you only have one baby in there?" Harry asks as they board the plane
"I am sure cause I have one outfit in my carry on bag just in case this little one decides it wants to be born in route to England" Louis says as he sits down on the oversized couch that the plane had for him cause he wanted to sleep between flights a lot of the time cause he was heavily pregnant and the extra support helped with his back which was aching by the way
"I can't believe I am going back home with this thing on my foot" Niall says as he boards the plane
"Niall you will be fine it is just a fractured foot if you keep it elevated the entire flight it won't hurt as bad" Harry says as he gets settled in for the flight
Liam comes on and sits by Louis cause Louis looked like he was in pain and he was hiding it from Liam the entire time
"Louis are you okay?" Liam asks as he massages Louis back a little bit to get some pressure off of his back
"I keep having these pains in my stomach area right around here" Louis says as he closes his eyes cause he felt another one coming on
"Louis are you sure those aren't contractions that you are having?" Harry asks as he massages Niall's foot to help him with the pain that he was having in his foot
"Has your water broke yet?" Niall asks as he was completely relaxed from Harry massaging his foot that was broke
"Speaking of which Liam I need to use the loo" Louis says as he gets up to use the loo that was on board the flight
"Of course my dear Lou" Liam says as he helps Louis up
"Guys I think this is the real thing and the baby is going to be born in flight" Harry says as he gets Liam close to Niall so they can get a game plan together just in case Louis felt the baby coming for real
"Where is Louis going to deliver it?" Liam asks Harry
"Towards the back of the plane cause there is plenty of room and there is a first aid kit back there with almost everything that we need and it is close by the water just in case we need to sterilize some instruments that we need to deliver the baby" Harry says as Liam starts to hyperventilate cause the baby was going to be coming soon and he was not ready to be a dad quite yet
"Guys the baby is coming" Louis says as he comes out of the loo
Harry and Niall help Louis to the back of the plane where he was going to be delivering at
"Louis it's okay we are here to help you" Harry says as he changes Louis into something more comfortable for the birth
"Yeah me and Harry are going to help you through the childbirth" Niall says as he puts his boot back on cause he was going to be sitting up by Louis while Harry was going to be catching the baby
"Liam bring the bag over here" Harry says as he makes Louis a bed to lay on cause Louis was going to be delivering soon by the way he was breathing and squeezing Niall's hand
