"Niall where did you get the baby?" Harry asks him
"I had her well it is a long story on how i had her" Niall says as he rocks the baby that he had in his arms cause the loud noise that were making her fussy
"No way" Liam says to him
"Yes way she is biologically mine and Louis daughter" Niall says as he rocks the baby still to help her sleep cause she didn't like where she was at
Louis stayed by to help his daughter to sleep cause nothing was working the way it should
"Louis is your stomach okay?" Liam asks him
"Yeah just fine I hope" Louis says as he rubs his stomach cause he started to feel flutters inside of him as well and he couldn't quite explain it at all either
After a while little Sara settled down and went to sleep
"Sara mommy has got to put you down so she can perform okay, but I will hold you after" Niall says as he puts the sleeping newborn down so he could get ready to perform with the guys that night for the AMA's
Sara just cooed up a storm at mommy as she was looking up at him
"Just stay right there and mommy and daddy will be right back and then we can head outside to go hang out if you want cause this is no place for a baby to be and mommy wants to go shopping for you and get a few things cause mommy doesn't have nothing for you baby girl" he says as he looks at her
Sara continued to coo up at him
"She sure is cute" Louis says as he sits down next to her
"Yeah she is" Niall says as he covers her up so she doesn't get cold at all as mommy was on stage performing
"Okay" Louis says when he felt a strong pain in his stomach area
"Louis you okay?" Niall asks him
"I just got this strong cramp in my stomach area" Louis says to him
"I will watch you close during the performance to see if they get stronger" Niall says as they head out on stage to perform for the fans and for the crowd
Louis was grateful that Niall was going to look out for him while they were on stage
(During the performance)
Louis was about to sing when a stronger cramp hit him
"Louis you okay" Niall asks as he runs besides Louis
"No I feel like something is coming out of me" Louis says to Niall
"Like a baby?" Niall asks him
"Yeah it feels like a baby cause i remember you just went through that a little bit ago and it feels like Sara is going to have a brother or a sister" Louis says as he screams cause the pain was unbearable right now for him
Niall was going to take Louis to the hospital to see what was going on with him cause he believes that they have some time to spare this time before the baby comes
"Lou breathe in and breathe out" Niall says as he leaves with Lois to go to the hospital to see what was going on and if the baby was okay cause Niall wanted the baby to be okay
"I'm trying Niall it hurts" Louis says as he breaths through the pain of the contractions
"I bet it does hurt" Niall says as Harry follows behind with little Sara cause Niall and Sara had to get checked out as well
(Hospital)
"Here Niall I got him a bed" Liam says as he comes out with a bed for Louis
"Thanks Li up we go Lou" Niall says as he helps Louis onto the bed, so they could head into the hospital so Louis could have the baby
"Ah" Louis says as he feels the contractions
"Soon you will meet your little one" Niall says as they run into the hospital cause Louis was getting close to having the baby
(Delivery room)
Louis had a hospital gown on and was able to get an epidural for the pain before he delivers
"It feels like the baby is between my legs now" Louis says to Liam cause Niall had to be taken to get checked out to see if there was another baby and Sara had to get checked out as well
"Louis you will be meeting your little one soon" Harry says as he was going to be filling in for Niall cause there was another baby inside Niall
"Where Niall I want Niall" Louis calls out
"I'm right here Lou" Niall says as he was wheeled next to Louis for the delivery for their other baby
"Okay Mr. Tomlinson push" the doctor says from the end of the bed cause Louis was ready to have the baby
Louis started to push really hard
(Several minutes later)
"It's a girl" the doctor says as he holds up the baby girl
"She is really precious" Niall says when he sees the baby cause the second baby Sara's twin was ready to come
"Okay Louis there is another one in there so push" the doctor tells him
Louis started to push again to get the other baby out
(Several minutes later)
"It's a girl" the doctor says as he shows the baby to Louis and Niall who was having the other baby
"Lou she is gorgeous like you" Harry says when he sees the baby girl that was just born and was crying her eyes out as she was taken from her home
"Can i see her?" Louis asks exhausted cause he just had two adorable daughters
"Yeah" the doctor says as he hands Louis the crying newborn to hold
"Hey sweetie" he says when he sees her for the first time cause Niall had to have c-section cause the baby was sideways in the birth canal
The baby settled down and cuddled up on mommy
"She has Niall's eyes" Louis says when he sees the blue eyes that the baby girl had once she had settled down on her own
Harry cut her cord and the baby was taken away to be measured while Louis had the other one
"Lou we have four daughters" Niall says as he comes into the room with Louis
"Two sets of twins" Louis says as he looks at the babies that him and Niall had
"Yeah we will be able to tell them apart" Niall says as he shows the twin that looked like Louis
"We will and I love all of them" Liam says as he comes in with an award that they had just won and they were going to celebrate with the new babies
