"Niall buddy are you okay you sure are sweating bullets" Liam asks him cause t hey were playing tattoo roulette with James and the one that had the word tattoo on it was going to get the tattoo and Niall was nervous that it was going to be him getting the tattoo on his arms and he didn't want the tattoo at all cause he was terrified of needles
"No I am not okay Liam I am really scared that I am going to be the one getting the tattoo box and get the tattoo on my body" Niall says as he hides the cramps that he was having cause his box might say something else
Liam and Louis were both safe with their boxes and James was safe after he had opened his box
"Harry open your box" James says to Harry

"Niall what does your box say?" James asks Niall
Niall's box said pregnant
"Niall are you pregnant?" Harry asks him
"Yes I think the baby is coming.......................................now" Niall says when he saw his wet pants
Liam picked Niall up and carried him backstage, so Niall didn't have to give birth on live TV
"Niall can you make it to the hospital?" Liam asks him
"I think so if we hurry" Niall says as he breathes through the pains that he was having
Liam didn't waste no time he took Niall to their car and Louis was going to be in the backseat helping Niall with his labor
"Hang in there Niall we are going to get to the hospital really quick and you can have the baby" Louis says as he comforts his friend who was in a lot of pain right now
"It hurts Louis" Niall says to him
"I bet it does hurt Niall" Louis says as Liam was going to drive like a mad man to the hospital

"Okay Niall let's get you taken care of buddy" Liam says as he parks the car
"This baby is coming now" Niall says when he felt a lot of pressure
"Liam go get a nurse or a doctor and tell them to bring a bed out, and I am going to deliver the baby" Louis says to Liam cause this baby wasn't going to wait much longer to be born
Liam starts to run into the hospital to see if he could get some help for Niall who was clearly giving birth right now
"Okay Niall go ahead and push" Louis says when he takes Niall's pants off
Niall started to push with his might cause he was tired of being in pain
"Good Niall I can see the head keep going" Louis says to his friend who was in a lot of pain and wanted this to end right here right now
Niall continued to push until the head was out
"Okay Niall there is only the shoulders and the rest of the body and you are done" Louis says to his friend
Soon Liam came with a doctor and a couple of nurses who had a bed with them
"Mr. Horan we are going to transfer you to the bed and get you into the hospital to have the baby" the doctor says as he opens the door where Niall was
Niall was okay with that and went over to the bed as he continued to deliver the baby
"Okay guys we got to move" the doctor says as him and the nurses run into the hospital with Niall on the bed still delivering the baby
