Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson have been seeing each other behind the band members back, and they were keeping their relationship a secret as well from the public eye
"Niall have you been on some weight?" Liam asks Niall on the tour bus when they were heading to the next city on the tour
"Yeah it is a little odd, but I have been eating like a hawk all this time and i have been having all of these cravings for different foods" Niall says as he was eating a big bowl of pickles
"Tomorrow all of us have an interview are you going to be okay by yourself?" Louis asks as he came over to his lover
"Yeah Louis I will be right here chilling out and probably be playing a game on the console or something" Niall says to Louis as they shared a kiss that day
"I love you" Louis says to him
"Love you more" Niall says to Louis as they kissed and headed to bed to continue doing it
(Next day)
Niall was on the bus playing a game when he got hit with a strong cramp in his midsection
"Wow that was a strong one" he says after he felt it
Niall went back to playing his game since the boys will be coming back at anytime, and maybe when they come back he might go to the hospital if they keep coming back cause this is different then the stomachaches he had when he was a little boy
"Hey Niall you still playing your game huh?" Liam asks as he came back on the bus
Liam saw that Niall was in a lot of pain so he called Louis and Harry to come to the bus straight away so they could head to the hospital to see what was going on with their Irish friend
(Hospital)
Liam was carrying Niall in as Louis stayed by his side
"We are going to get you checked out soon babe" Louis says as he kisses Niall's sweaty forehead
Niall was quickly taken back to see what was going on with him
"Can i be with him I'm his boyfriend?" Louis asks the nurses
"Sure he is going to get a sample for us to see what is going on" the nurse says to him as Niall was heading to the bathroom to take care of the sample for the nurses and for the staff
Louis waited for Niall to be done so he could take him to the room and be with him
(Later)
"It hurts Lou" Niall says as the nurses take him to his room
"I bet it does and we will see what is going on with you soon" Louis says as he let's Niall squeeze his hand
Louis helped Niall with the pains until he had to go to ultrasound to see what was causing the pains
"This is going to be cold" the nurse says to Niall
As Niall felt the gel go on he felt a gush of water come out, so he had to go to the delivery room straight away
"Well Mr. Horan you are in labor and you are going to be delivering" the nurse says to him as they take him to delivery cause Niall was going to be delivering
"I didn't know" Niall says to Louis
"It's going to be okay Niall" Louis says as he stays close to Niall as they were heading to the delivery room
(Delivery room)
"Okay Mr. Horan the first baby is crowning so push" the doctor tells him
Niall started to push while squeezing Louis hand
"Good almost there" the doctor says as he was going to catch the first baby
Niall pushed until the first head was out
"Okay all you have left is the shoulders and the body and the first baby will be here" the doctor tells him
Niall pushed with all his might until he felt the baby's body leave his
"It's a girl" the doctor says as he holds up the baby girl
"Hi sweetie" Niall says when he saw the first baby as she was crying up a storm
"Dad would you like to do the cord?" the doctor asks Louis
Louis cuts the cord of his daughter before she was taken away to be examine to see if she was healthy and if she was full term
"I want to name her Hollie Marie" Niall says to Louis
"That's a wonderful idea" Louis says as he kisses Niall on the lips before Niall had felt another pain
"The second baby is in position so go ahead and push" the doctor tells Niall
Niall and Louis were shocked to find out that they were having twins
"Louis I didn't know i was having one baby let alone twins" Niall says to Louis
"It's okay Niall it's going to be okay I am going to be right here and we will be the best parents that we can be to those kids" Louis says to Niall
Niall went back to pushing the second baby out and into the world so they could meet the other little surprise that was hiding from them
"Mr. Horan stop pushing for a second" the doctor says to him
"Is everything okay?" Niall asks a little scared cause he was scared about the second baby and due to the lack of prenatal care he was scared that there was something wrong with the second baby
The doctor was doing something tot he second baby that Louis didn't have Niall see
"Okay Mr. Horan you can push" the doctor says to him
Niall pushed until the second baby left his body
"It's a girl" the doctor says as he hands the baby off to be cleaned
The nurses handed Louis little Hollie was they were working on the second baby
"Can I hold her?" Niall asks the nurses
The nurses handed Niall the second baby and Niall held the baby skin to skin
"She looks like a Paige" Louis says when he saw the second baby's eyes as Niall was trying to get her to cry
"Hollie and Paige are perfect for our girls" Niall says as he waits for little Paige to let out a cry
Paige was partially deaf and Louis and Niall were okay with that, and they were going to love her no matter what
"I'll go shopping for them" Louis says when they were moving Niall to a regular room
Niall was going to spend time with the girls
