Since yesterday was Niall's birthday I am going to do a one shot for it, and this will happen at the end of the Boston show and they are heading to Vegas
"Man that was a great show tonight" Louis says as they exit the stage to head to the airport, so they could go and celebrate Niall's birthday in America still before they head to England for the Europe leg of the tour
"Yeah it was and I did not want it to end with me in a brace" Niall says as he takes his mic off, so they could head to the airport
"Well now you can rest that foot of yours for a little bit" Harry says as he takes his battery pack off as well
"You can look at it that way" Liam says to him
"Niall have you put on some weight?" Louis asks him as they start to change out of their stage attire and into something else for the plane ride
"Yeah your stomach is sticking out a little bit" Harry says as he looks at Niall's stomach
"It has been moving a lot since we left Cleveland" Liam says to Niall
"So it's no big deal" Niall says as he gets his clothes on quickly cause he wanted to get to the airport and get the weight off his foot a little bit cause it started to bug him a lot
Once the boys were ready they headed to the airport to head to Vegas to celebrate Niall's birthday
(Skip plane ride)
"Vegas" Louis says as they start to get off the plane
Niall was getting off the plane slowly cause his stomach started to hurt a little bit
"Niall are you okay buddy?" Louis asks him as he helps him to the vehicle that they were going to be riding in to head to the hotel
"I think I need to head to the hospital cause this pain is not going away any time soon" Niall says as he holds his stomach as they get off of the plane
"Okay Niall we can head to the hospital" Louis says as he helps Niall off of the plane and to the waiting car, so he could head to the hospital and see what was going on with him
"Man these hurt" Niall says as he gets into the car
"I bet it dos buddy" Louis says as he sits with Niall and helps him with the breathing and timing the pains with his phone
"Ow, ow, ow" Niall says as he feels the pains come on stronger
"We are almost there buddy just hang on" Louis says to Niall as he gives him his hand to squeeze
"Okay" Niall says to Louis
(Hospital)
Louis carried Niall bridal style into the hospital to see what is going on with his Irish friend, and once Niall was admitted the doctor's started to run tests to see what is going on with him
'Niall did you wet the bed?" Louis asks him
"No" Niall says as the pains come on a little stronger
Louis pages the nurses to come and get the bed cleaned up for Niall
"Mr. Horan we are moving you to the delivery room cause you are almost dilated" the doctor says after there were clean sheets on the bed
"He's pregnant?" Louis asks in complete shock
"Yeah and he is almost fully dilated" the doctor says as the nurses move the bed to the elevator so he could have his little one
"Louis stay with me cause I don't want to have the baby alone" Niall says to Louis
"I will be right here every step of the way" Louis says to him as they continue to head to the delivery room
"Can I at least have something?" Niall asks the nurses
"Sorry sweetie the baby wants out and you are past the halfway point" the nurses say to him
Niall groans cause he wanted some pain medicine to help him a little bit
"Niall you can do this" Louis says as he encourages Niall a little bit
As soon as they got off the elevator Niall felt a bunch of pressure and he started to push cause the baby was not waiting around anymore to be born
"I need to push" Niall says as he started to push again
"Go ahead Niall I am right here" Louis says as he holds his hand for as he continues to push the baby out
Once in the delivery room the nurses pit Niall's legs in the stir-ups for delivery
"The baby is crowning so push Mr. Horan" the doctor says to him
Niall continues to push cause he was tired of being in pain
"Come on Niall you can do it buddy" Louis says to him
"Okay the head is out and the baby is gorgeous" the doctor says when he sees the blond hair that the baby had
"Hear that Niall your little one is beautiful like you are" Louis says as he continues to support his friend as he continues to deliver the baby
Niall does strong pushes for the shoulders to be delivered
"Okay Mr. Horan small pushes now and the baby will be here" the doctor tells him
Niall pushes until he heard that cry
"Congrats Mr. Horan it's a girl and a beautiful one if that" the doctor says under his mask
"Niall she is gorgeous' Louis says as he sheds tears when he sees the baby be put on Niall's chest
"She is" Niall says as he comforts the baby a little bit
"Would you like to do the cord?" the doctor asks Louis
Louis goes ahead and cuts the little girl cord since she was attached to Niall
"Doc why am I still feeling these pains?" Niall asks him
"Apparently there is another one in there and this one is breeched so it is going to make it hard for it to be born, so we need to do a C-section right now" the doctor says as they take Niall's legs down so they can do the C-section on Niall to get the other baby out
"Louis are you going to stay?" Niall asks him
"Yeah I am going to be right here Niall" Louis says as the doctor starts the c-section
Soon Niall was able to hear the second baby cry
"It's another girl" the doctor says as he reaches in for any more babies
The doctor found another one
"Congrats you have three daughters so far" the doctor says to Niall before he found a fourth foot before pulling that baby out
"You have four girls Niall" Louis says when he sees the fourth one that wasn't crying at all
Niall was over the moon that he had four girls and they were born on his birthday, so he got the hest birthday gift ever
