Anna's Pov

Austin's words were going through my mind.

"I'll hang out with you and make sure nothing happens." He said.

Why was he so nice to me?

I just let it go and opened my closet door to see what I should wear...

Dress or jeans and a shirt?

I honestly didn't know.

I fell on to my bed. I was very frustrated.

I got up and I decided to wear a dress. My only dress in the closet was blue. It should work.

I looked at myself in the mirror.

Was this really happening? This was the first and I don't even know if It was a joke that Ace wanted me to go.

He barley even knows my name.

I went down the stairs.

"Where you going?" My mom said as I almost got out the front door.

I bit my lip nervously and I turned around.

"I'm going to a friend's." I said.

She looked at my clothes and waved me away.

"Be back by 10." She said.

Yes! She was letting me.

I smiled and I walked out the door.

I knew where Ace lived because he only lived a few blocks away. I could hear the loud music from my house. It was a little chilly and I shivered as breezes hit my skin.

She sound of my sandles against the sidewalk was the only sound I heard.

Right then and there I could turn around and go back but then I would be leaving Austin there. He wanted me to go, so I went for him.

I heard the muffled sound of the music in the distance but It got louder as I got closer to Ace's house. My heart was pounding because of how I was so nervous. I saw people standing in front of the house dancing around and you could tell they were drinking a lot.

I went inside the house. It was huge, Once you walk inside there is a huge chandelier on the ceiling. Was this a dream?

I saw Ace Rider. He had a red solo cup in his hand and he was dancing on a coffee table.

People were around him cheering him on.

I felt a hand grab mine, their hand was cold and they flipped me around to face them.

"Austin!" I said pulling him into a big hug.

"Hey Anna." He said, not very happy to see me.

I left it alone and he was very unbalanced and dizzy like he was drunk.

"Have you been drinking..?" I said.

"No! Nope." He said.

I backed up into someone.

"Sorr-" As I turned around Ace was right behind me.

He had one eyebrow up and he was staring right down at me.

I'm short... I'm 5'3

"What are you.... Doing here?" Ace said he was very drunk you could tell.

"You invited me." I said.

"I don't recall." He said starting to walk away.

He is making me very angry right now.

"Yes!...." I stopped myself from yelling and everyone looked at me. Ace turned around.

"What?" He said.

I gulped.

"Yes.. You did." I mumbled.

"Oh did I?" He said walking up to me.

I nodded and I stared at him.

He then looked at me and he was a few inches away from my face.

My face was red in anger. His facial expression was angry too.

"This is my party. Don't you yell at me." He said grabbing both my arms and squeezing them.

"Ace! Let go! You're hurting me!" I said.

"Ace! Let her go!" I heard Austin's voice and I was glad I heard his voice. I was pretty lucky he was there.

Ace let me go and turned to Austin.

"It got out of hand." He said to Austin.

Austin shrugged and turned to me, "You okay?" He said. His voice was so calm, it made me calm.

"Yeah." I said shaking it off.

"Good." He said and he smiled at me and put his arm around me.

"Thanks Austin. You saved my butt." I said laughing.

"Anytime." He said.

Ace looked at me.

"Sorry." He said scratching the back of his head.
