Lost

Nobody understood where she was coming from, they looked at her in shame.
The only picture she has of her parents is in her bag in a frame.
She grew up from a little girl playing dolls, to a young adult of eighteen.
She always wanted to find her real parents, that was her dream.

The family that raised her, all grew up to be blondes, she's a brunette.
They had blue eyes tall and thin, she had brown eyes and athletic.
They had low pitched squeaky voices, she wasn't loud by choice.
One was the mom and one was the dad.
She was the odd one out, because different parents is what she had.

She would of loved to know her background.
She will keep on searching till they are found.
Lost, within another family, she feels.
Lost, is this for real?
