These tears

The tears down my cheeks are crying out for you.
They know that you lied and that you never were being true.
These tears fall harder when you are not around.
They follow you all across town.

These tears show emotions, something you don't know how to do.
They fall in sequences, or they fall in few.
They fall when you make me happy, but they also fall when I am blue.

These tears are expressive, they come down heavy when I am feeling hurt and not respected.
They come down lighter, when I know love from you was injected.
These tears would not fall if you didn't give them a reason to.
These tears show you how I'm feeling.
They fall mostly when you don't want them to, but what can you do.
