Lost in my thoughts

Singing songs and drinking wine.
Lost in my thoughts all the time.
I'm drowning my sorrows, to what we called tomorrow.
I'm picking up the pieces to what you had borrowed.

I woke this morning, but you were not there.
I wish i may, i wish i might, find out that you did care.
Last night i drank down a shot, for every time i cried.
This morning i woke up to a headache, to many shots, to many lies.

My box of tissues were empty with your tears.
My life was ruined with all my fears.
I kept your name hidden because of the way you tried to ruin me.
I'm not tied down with your lies because, I am now free.
