Chapter 18

I got up this morning ready for today, Jay had come over yesterday and he knew I was here but my mother politely told him I had chores so I was not allowed guests for the rest of the afternoon, god I love that women. When I got out of the shower this morning I had slipped on a chalk player dress but without the lacy design on the shoulders and a pair of black pumps. Since I shifted I've spent an increasing amount of time in the sun so my skin was darker not tanned but close. I left my hair out in its natural brown waves. I wanted to make Jay crawl, since he teased me yesterday I think he needs to be taught a lesson. I had my reasons for doing it to him so today is payback..... again

I slid out of my seat and my heels made contact with the ground, today was sunny for once and it couldn't have been better. Once I collected my books from the backseat I realized everyone in the parking lot was staring. Usually I'd hide but today I didn't care, shrugging I slammed my door closed and paced myself towards the school. I heard whistles from guys and the death threats from girls. Someone tapped my shoulder and I turned around to meet Chase

"Hi Chase" I smiled

"Ab's you look hot" he smirked

"Why thank you" I curtsied

He laughed and threw his arm over my shoulder, we walked into school together everybody still staring at us. I'm sure people gave.us confused looks but oh well, only idiots believe rumours

We stopped when we reaches his locker, I lent against the locker next to his. He shoved his books inside easily and looked at me smiling, creepy

"What?"

"Mr Alpha doesn't like you with me at the moment" he continued to smile

"What are you talking about?" I questioned him

"Look behind you"

I turned around slowly and sure enough there was a scary looking Jay standing at the end of the corridor. His lips were pressed tightly together and his fists were clenched, I just shrugged and walked away. I heard a growl as I rounded the corner and made my way to first period, shuffling to the back I sat beside Riley and  Chase came strolling in with a smug smile

"Why are you so happy today?" I whispered to Chase

"No reason"

I stopped talking after that and paid attention to the teacher, I was going to make Jay beg today without a doubt. The class became increasingly loud when the teacher walked in and practically everyone was shouting but then he stepped in

"Okay class its time to begin, Alpha please take your seat" Mr Forges smiled bowing slightly

I rolled my eyes and sat up, I looked good for once and I'm sure Jay noticed too but eh never know, his eyes immediately landed on mine and then his eyes travelled around the table, a low growl rippled through the room. He stalked over and stood in front of me, even with my head lowered I could tell it was him from the scent

"Move" he growled

I heard the seats next to me scrape the floor and the rustling of people's feet. I sat upright and continues writing down note's for today when I felt Jay's breath fanning my neck

"Why are you ignoring me?"

I didn't speak all I did was pretend I didn't hear him so I glanced up and put on a shocked face

"Oh Jay I didn't see you there" I kissed his cheek sweetly

I carried on through the day like that whatever Jay asked I answered like I was a high little school girl. I was overly nice to him and smiled everytime he talked to me. If he wants a fake blonde ass hanging off him every second then that's what I'm gonna do to piss him off. I know it's working because he's already yelled at me because I'm annoying him with sweetness. I haven't paid ANY attention to males because they came to me, thank god I was dressed to impress today
