Watching the scene in front of me, I just sat there watching dumbfolded. Reality finally hit me and I got up with inhuman speed, rushing over to a lip-locking Jay I shoved Ashley off him

My chest heaving in anger she stumbled backwards and wiped her mouth using her shirt sleeve. A smirked danced across her lips as she licked those dry, cracked things she calls lips

"He still tastes great" she laughed menacingly

I was about to lunge after her when Jay held me back, pushing my arms behind me. I scowled at him before turning back to a smiling Ashley

"You have no right!" I seethed

"What? He" she pointed at Jay "Will always be mine" she laughed again

I had to hold back Malise now, just the presence of Ashley has her on edge but now she has the nerve to call my mate hers!

I struggled to fight Jay so he would release the grip on my arms, I don't know if he's holding me back to protect me or him

"Besides" she continued "That useless brother of your's is nothing, I have him wrapped around my finger"

"What are you doing here" Jay finally growled at her

"Just came for a visit" she shrugged "Looks like you needed the attention anyway" she purred but it came out raspy like nails scraping across a blackboard

"I swear to god I will-" I growled

"What, do what?" she laughed cutting me off mid-sentence

"Leave before I kill you myself" Jay growled loosening his grip on me

"You wouldn't do that now would you baby" she looked at Jay with puppy dog eyes

"Yes I would but I think my mate has first dibs" he held me tighter

She looked at me in mock annoyance and distaste

"That slut, look at her she looks like witch that just crawled out from her rabbit hole" she screeched

Gaping at her, my blood began to boil and I couldn't stop myself from shaking. I fumed and felt my body heat up rapidly, my hands shook violently at her words and Jay flinched back cursing under his breath

My vision began to dilute and Ashley took slow steps back, fear tracing her eyes. Never before have I felt this..... powerful. It felt like I was absorbing elements and bending them within me. Fire coursed through my body and when I looked at my palms they were tinted red. I gaped ans stepped back, stumbling

"It's happening" I heard Jay whisper

I looked at him and he took steps back, fear on his eyes. Suddenly I felt my back writhing in pain like hundreds of needled stabbing me from the inside out, falling to my knees I cupped my face when felt my palms burned the flesh on my face. I screamed painfully falling on my back. I shut my eyes in agony when a sudden rush of air travelled through me making any traces of blood to stop flowing. I couldn't breath and I latched onto my now dry throat gasping for breath

I searched for Jay and saw blurs and shaped. Water pricked my eyes and I closed them when the feeling of them liquidating began to happen

"Aaaah!" I cried out arching my back

My bones began to bend and snap but my skin didn't expand like it would, like my skin was now constricting every muscle, every bone in my body. The pain increased when I tried to dismiss it, that feeling you get when you're just about to do something daring and stupid bubbled up in my stomach.
