I can't believe I didn't think of it before, but it wasn't until someone commented asking me who the actor playing Ashton would be.
I can't believe I didn't think of it before! How could I NOT cast someone to play Ariel's love interest?!?! What was I THINKING?!?!?
Anyway, I choose this actor named Booboo Stewart to play Ashton. Despite the odd name, I thought he was a pretty good choice. He was one of the top actors considered to play Uriah from Divergent. He's also the guy that played Seth Clearwater from Twillight.
