What you'll need:
-Quiet and Peaceful Place
-Anything that can cut
-Beginning Medical Aid Kit
Step 1: Go to the location of your choice and be sure there is no one or anything that is alive in the location. The location must be quiet and peaceful and meditate until you feel ready.
Step 2: Then sit down, with your back facing either the door or the window. Then get the sharp object (preferred to be a knife) and cut your arm of your choice. Make sure you hold the knife at the side where you didn't cut.
Step 3: Chant:
"Dr. Smiley, Dr. Smiley, I am wounded... Can you please help me heal this wound? Dr. Smiley, Dr. Smiley, You are finally here. Thank you!"
Step 4: Then turn around, you will hear a voice say:
"You...will...see...him..."
