Alice's POV

Today's the day. Every human official, both in the US and other foreign countries were gathered for this meeting. "Thank you for gathering," Shelton said to them in greeting. "We have asked to all meet because we have an announcement to make. We held a secret vote and our people have voted for us to leave all human lands and to create our own. Any humans who are mated to someone of supernatu race and those who are half human will be allowed to come as well."

There was an uproar at the announcement. We waited patiently for them to quiet before continuing. "We have seen the policies and taxes you are all wanting to implement regarding our people. You also feel there is no need for the seven of us, and that you humans, who know nothing about us besides the pathetic myths and legends you've read about, can govern our people easily. Your policies are to give you peace of mind that you are all more powerful and your taxes are to take advantage of the things you think you can tax, to deepen your pockets. Our people are already having to deal with hatred from humans who are terrified because their next door neighbor can turn into a wolf, or because they need blood to survive. We won't let you suffocate our people more than what you already have," I told them. "Your people, and our people deserve to live happily and comfortably. It's clear, just from walking on the street, that the humans aren't happy having us here and our people are no longer happy being here. My whole life, I have grown up knowing what it's like being hated for simply existing, and that's what many humans are doing to our people, and we refuse to have our people live like that. It's not fair."

"It has nothing to do with fairness," one representative said.

"You're right, it has everything to do with right and wrong. It is wrong to discriminate just because we're different. We are going to do right by our people and give them a fresh start. Times have changed and we need to as well," I told them. "I have seen endless reports on jobs firing staff members because they're not human, to people kicking them out of their business or restaurant. Our people are being peaceful about the whole situation, because they know that fighting back would only make things worse. You will all be given forms of transfer with every name and social of every nonhuman that will be leaving your countries. We will make this process swift and as painless as possible."

As I spoke, I began to feel a contraction that hurt to much to be a braxton hicks. Not today, I thought. The meeting was supposed to go on for a couple of hours, but it was clear I didn't have a couple of hours.

Are you okay, Cindy asked me.

I'm having contractions, I said to them.

Shelton then stood, "Something has come up and we need to leave." Before there could be any protests, I teleported us to the castle.

Cindy's POV

It's baby time! I'm so excited. For Alice's safety and the babies she has to have a C Section and we thought it best to wait outside. The guys were practically pacing as they waited. It was clear they were worried and I was too but I wasn't gonna wear a hole in the floor. When we heard the first cry, they stopped and listened. It sounded strong and healthy.

Suddenly Mania and her two sisters appeared, "We're not too late are we?" Qin has been talking a lot with the girls on the viewing crystal. Shyrah and Karla are still somewhat hesitant but Mania has accepted us with open arms. The only ones they accepted from the beginning were the twins. "You're just in time," Nathaniel told her. Mania let out a soft squeal of excitement as she levitated about happily. Shyrah leaned against the wall, arms crossed while Karla sat beside me. The three looked very different. The only feature they had in common were their gold eyes.

Shyrah had ebony hair and gray skin with gold eyes and Karla had navy hair with baby blue skin and gold eyes. Shyrah was the only one without wings.

We then listened for the rest of the cries. We heard another four more cries, but the last one was weak. I was gripping the edge of my seat, waiting for the doctors to let us see them. Alice has had a lot of complications throughout the pregnancy, so we knew it was possible not all of them would make it. I could hear the baby crying though, meaning it had some life. It had a chance.

When one of the doctors came out, I stood. "Princess Alice is fine as well as five out of the six. The sixth one is premature and is much smaller. If she does make it, she may become just as strong as her siblings, or she may have some health complications later on down the line. However, her chances are looking slim right now," He told us. "I wish I had better news for you."

Shelton nodded, dismissing the doctor. "We'll wait out here," Karla told us. "You're our children too," Shelton told them. "Come on." I gave them a soft encouraging smile and Mania stopped levitating, putting her feet on the floor. We all went in and saw Alice holding the much smaller girl, tears falling down her cheeks.

She had pointed Fae ears, Alice's snow white hair, and red eyes. I could tell it hit Pyrus the most when he saw her. It most likely brought him back to memories of his brother. The other babies were in their bassinets, swaddled in blankets. Our succubus hybrid had Shelton's dark hair and two beautiful purple eyes. Our dragon hybrid had dark hair, much like the hair color Alice had before she was turned into a vampire, and his eyes were that of his dragon, and not a set of human like eyes. They were a pretty sea green color. Our two warlock hybrids had Qin's ginger hair and one green and one purple eye like Alice. Our last, mostly Vampire hybrid, Nathaniel's pale skin and black hair with streaks of white in it. It was as if he was unable to pick a hair color.

Karla peaked at the small little girl in Alice's arms, "She's going to make it." Mania looked at Karla happily, "Really?" Karla nodded, "Her endurance will be lacking when it comes to running, and she won't be as strong physically in the strength department, but she will be talented when it comes to her magic and her intellect."

"Karla has the ability to see who a person will grow up to become. She can't truly see the future, but she can see their fate," Qin explained to us. "You'll need to keep a watchful eye on your dragon," Karla told us. "He will truly be a headache as he grows up. Even until he is well into adulthood until he meets his mate. Although he will grow up to piss many people off, including his siblings, he will forever be loyal and protecting of them."

"Anything helpful you can tell us about the others," Qin asked her with a soft smile. "The warlocks and vampire will become great warriors. One of the warlocks will be lacking in his magic but he makes up for that in his skill in combat. They will both be a little obnoxious with their out going personalities. The vampire is quiet and a loner, but he has a good heart and is always quick to help those in need. He and Fae will fight a lot."

Shelton, Drake, Alice, Qin, and I all looked at Nathaniel and Pyrus. "Why am I not surprised," I asked them. They gave us smiles and I rolled my eyes. "Out of the twins, Mira will grow to be much like her mother while Mikell will become some what of a head butter when it comes to his younger dragon brother who loves to have an active life style. Your children will all become strong and powerful in their own ways. They'll make you proud," Karla shared.

We knew what to look forward to, but I knew we would have no way to prepare for it. I hugged Karla, "Thank you." Karla was stiff for a moment before she hugged me back, "You are welcome."

I let her go and turned to see the babies again. They were going to be okay and that's what matters.
