Chapter 8

Qin's POV

I went into the hospital room where they were keeping little Ember until she was strong enough to join the rest of her siblings in the nursery. Pyrus was holding her. Alice let each of us males name the children. Pyrus had chosen the name Ember, because it only takes a small ember to spark a massive fire. Hearing Karla tell us what they're going to be like when they grow up really help with picking their names. 

Her sister Amara was the easiest to handle so far. She's bright eyed and calm. Unlike her dragon brother, Sabath, who has already become the biggest momma's boy. I named our warlocks Gaylin and Otho, after my brothers. Nathaniel named our vampire son Julius.  Between them and the twins, there is never a private moment with my mates anymore. Let's not forget to throw in our three oldest who also recently moved in. To say our children outnumbered us, was an understatement. 

"How is she doing," I asked him. "Doing a lot better," He said. "I had to make Alice go get some rest and stop hovering over her." "She's an over protective mother wolf, wanting to care for the runt of her litter," I told him. "It's instinct." He nodded, "And even then, she still gives our others the same kind of attention. I will never know how her and Cindy juggle all eight of them so easily. Them caring for our three latest editions settled in rather quickly as well." I nodded, "It was rather impressive." "We would be rather worn out if we tried to do what they do," Pyrus said with a soft chuckle and I had to agree with him. 

"So when do you leave to join the rest of the warlocks to finish forming the land," He asked me. "In a couple of days. I'm gonna wait for Alice to finish healing before I leave," I told him. After the land is ready, Pyrus and the rest of the Fae will then join to get the climates to change in certain areas to be right for specific species. From there the warlocks and Fae will work on the under water area for our merfolk. From there Pyrus will have the trades come and start setting up our civilization. With the amount of trades we have, without needing electricity, it should only take two months to get the country ready to be moved into. After the buildings were up, Alice and the witches were going to establish the magic links for transportation, communication, and lights. Once that's all said and done, we'll move our people to our new home. It should only take six months at the most thanks to the amount of people we have working to make this a reality. 

"Soon we'll have to tackle the hardest part of all this," Pyrus said with a sigh. Relocating the territories. We are gonna have to do our best and not step on too many toes. That was going to be an extremely long meeting, that I was not ready for. We were going to take it species by species so we didn't over load ourselves, but it was gonna be under constant review because of all the feuds and treaties they have with each other. We had taken the square footage of every single territory and calculated it all together and we can easily give our people the same footage they had originally, with plenty of space to have neutral territory for those not with any clan or whatever to live comfortably. 

After we got the territories settled we would have to put laws into place that we don't already have. No clue what those are yet, but when we review the current laws we have now, we'll figure it out then. At least we have the currency already handled. Never will we create another country. This was enough work. 

Then again, we may have to do this for the Aniavin, if they ever get back to us. We have been waiting for feedback for a while, and so far we have yet to receive anything from them. It would be too good to be true if they suddenly gave up. Or maybe they are constantly having meetings with their Lords and such on whether or not it's a trap. Whatever their reason, I hope they continue to take their time. I'd like to tackle one problem at a time. 

When a nurse came to check on Ember, Pyrus laid her in the bassinet and we decided to go and get something to eat before Cindy chewed our heads off for missing a meal. "Damn it Mania, I was gonna eat that," I heard Karla yell before we saw Mania fly down the hall, a piece of cake on a plate. Karla chased after her, listening to our now flying inside rule. Mania came to a sudden stop when she saw Pyrus and I. Mania landed and gave us a sheepish smile, "Oops." "Don't let us catch you flying in the house again, or I'm taking away your cell phone," I told her. Karla caught up and took the plate from her, "Fat ass, that was mine." 

"No fair, I was too busy getting in trouble," Mania said before chasing after Karla. "Don't get cake on the walls," Pyrus yelled after them. I sighed and Pyrus wrapped an arm around me, "They fit in with our rowdy bunch rather well." "Teenagers and infants," I told him. "How have we not gotten gray hair yet?" He laughed, "Cause we're immortals who don't age thanks to our sexy vampires." We then saw Nathaniel walking down the hall. "Speaking of sexy vampires," Pyrus said before giving him a whistle of appreciation. Nathaniel chuckled, "And what the are the two of you up too?" "We just left from seeing Ember," I told him. "We were on our way to go get something to eat," Pyrus added in. Nathaniel then pulled me towards him, and I felt my face redden, "Afterwards I hope you don't mind if I eat you." "In what way," Pyrus asked him. "Any way you'd let me," Nathaniel answered and I felt my face become hotter. 

"Are you guys teasing Qin again," We heard Drake say and we all looked at him. "We're just talking about feeding Nathaniel," Pyrus said innocently. "I have a few appetites that are needing to be feed," Nathaniel told him. He chuckled, "I think we all do. Especially Shelton, who may come looking for you three sooner or later. He just got a hold of Cindy during her shower." It has been a few weeks since we've been able to properly feed our incubus since we were getting settled with our new additions. "I think I should go and get these two fed then," Nathaniel said with a smirk. "They're going to need the energy." Drake chuckled, "I'll join you guys later once I finish with my meeting." "Hurry up or we'll devour Qin without you," Pyrus said, my face on fire now. 

Drake laughed as he walked past us, Pyrus using that chance to smack his ass. Drake gave him a playful glare that caused Pyrus and Nathaniel to chuckle. "Now let's head to the kitchen," Nathaniel said and we agreed. 

After we were done eating, we went to the room. We could hear Cindy's muffled moans from the bathroom. Her scream of pleasure as she orgasmed had us groaning, cocks hard. A minute or two later Shelton came out of the bathroom, Cindy's legs wrapped around his waist, eye lids drooped. It was clear that wasn't the first orgasm he had given her. He laid her down, and cleaned her up before tucking her in. She snuggled into Alice who was sleeping, exhausted from constantly taking care of the babies. "I guess Drake informed you I was looking to feed," Shelton asked us. Nathaniel nodded, "I made sure we had plenty of energy to be able to keep up with you." Shelton nodded with a smirk, "Good because you're going to need it." 

Goddess he wasn't kidding, I thought as I came for the fourth time that night, my seed shooting down his throat as Nathaniel's seed released into my ass, his fangs in my neck. When they released me, I was able to see Pyrus had Drake pinned, bent over the couch. How we didn't wake the girls was going to forever be a shock to me, because none of us were quiet. I felt Nathaniel's tongue graze the side of my neck and I shivered and moaned softly. "Our poor little warlock," he said before nipping my earlobe. Shelton chuckled as he stood, before he kissed me, letting me taste myself on his tongue. I was slouched against Nathaniel's chest, exhausted. From the look for Drake, he was too. From the looks Shelton, Pyrus, and Nathaniel were giving each other, I knew they were going to continue going since I know neither have fed Shelton yet. The first two rounds Shelton had taken Drake, then he moved his sights on to me. Now he was after the vampire and fire fae. How in the world did they have so much energy? I yawned as Nathaniel and Pyrus laid Drake and I with the girls. As soon as my head hit the pillows, I was out like a light, Pyrus' moan echoing in my ears as Nathaniel and Shelton began to pleasure him.
