hayley's pov ; next day, 6:34pm
"hayley? you ready to go?" george calls from the sitting room.
"i'm supposed to be asking you, fucking nonce," i grumble, but i put down my mascara and walk through to him anyway. "what do you think?" a grin spreads on my face. i slowly spin in the short, candyfloss pink dress, the sheer layers of gauze adorned with vibrant flowers fluttering. i bat my rose-gold eyelids, laughing.
