"Excuse me. I have a telegram for Lord Moriarty."

A mailman was waiting for the lord of the house to open the door. His 5 years of experience working in Durham as a humble postman made him familiar with everyone in the countryside, both common folks and noble people. But, the moment the Moriarty family arrived and bought the mansion, it piqued his interest.

A family of aristocrat orphans who lost their parents in a fire accident years ago, living in peace in the countryside. A pitiful story but that wasn't the case why he was curious.

Many had already taken note that they are rather a peculiar family. The eldest son working in a military, the second son as a professor in the university, and of course, the two youngest who took care of the house affairs and land properties. It was already strange to see a young noble working as a professor. What's even stranger is that, the youngest daughter is the one usually doing all the shopping in the market herself, not the servants.

Oh wait, they have no servants until recently.

He hadn't met her up close due to his busy job as a postman, but he had a glimpse of the young woman whenever he would pass by. Even at a distance, she radiates some sort of beauty no one cannot resist.

Despite that, the townsfolk would always say they've never seen a noblewoman as kind and understanding as her. It is safe to say he is mildly curious about her.

To his surprise and luck, it was Elise who opened the door.

"Ara, a telegram from Albert-nii-sama?" She stepped out of the door and accepted the telegram. "He was busy these past few days, wasn't he? I'm sorry if it's not Louis-nii-sama who came to get it since my brothers are busy at the moment. Thank you for delivering."

Seeing her up close made the postman tongue-tied. He only heard rumors regarding about her beauty but seeing it firsthand... indeed, (and as repetitive this may sound) her beauty was heaven sent and he could only watch mesmerized.

"A-Ah, of course, Lady Elise!" He readjusted his cap in a flustered manner.

"Hai. Please do take care." She gave him a close eyed smile and he nearly fumbled with his bow before leaving.

Elise closed the door and went upstairs to the study room where her brothers are right now.

"William-nii-sama, a letter from Albert-nii-sama has arrived, as well as another letter addressed for you." She gave the letter to the older blonde.

"Thank you, Elise. I wonder what it is." He opened the letter and started reading it before looking at the next one. "This one is from the Royal Society."

"The Royal Society... come to think of it, you've been working hard on your paper lately." Louis says. "Will you present it?"

"Yes, next month."

"William-nii-sama's students will be talking about it once it's done." Elise covered her mouth in a giggle upon thinking of the university students asking him about his works. "They really look up to onii-sama after all."

"And yet they sometimes complain of the difficulty of the lessons I give them." William made a small chuckle. "Well, I suppose that's normal for students."

Moran suddenly slammed the door open upon entering. "Did you say London?! I'm going too!! If I stay here, I'll die of boredom!"

"That's fine, Moran." He said. "I'll make you work hard."
