These days, there had been rumors that the parliament has granted the new order of allowing women to attend universities and have the same education as men. For the majority of men, they find the idea absurd and a waste of time. But as for the ladies who have been dreaming for this opportunity, it was better than marrying a random noble man they barely know. In addition for that, an order where people from the lower-class can also receive the same level of education as the nobles

The one who pushed it, according to the daily news, was the youngest daughter of the Winstein house, Lady Cecilia Evans Winstein. She is known a bit in the nobility as the eccentric and hot-headed daughter for her strong sense of justice and unyielding spirit, which is not commonly found from other noblewomen. And yet despite her quirks, she fought her way to the parliament in a legal and formal manner to convince them that it is time to change the system.

It was not an easy journey, but it took three years to finally approve her new order and implement it in the whole country. The education does not only apply to noblewomen, but for those in lower class as well who wish to learn in universities without the stigma of being born as a commoner.

And because of the formal papers Cecilia prepared and her power to convince the higher-ups, many nobles took her side and supported her. The discrimination is now over as they rose to a new start.

But of course, the one who actually planned this from the start was Elise James Moriarty.

"Cilia had done a wonderful job." Elise remarked as she read the newspaper. "I only guided her from the start and taught her some things and yet... She produced outstanding results."

"Is this about the news about the new education system?" Moneypenny asked as she placed the papers the young lady asked her to, where Elise looked up at her and said her thanks.

"Yes. I more or less expected that it will take at least 5-10 years for it to be approved and implemented, considering how stubborn the nobles in the parliament are. But I suppose they learned their lessons three years ago." She flipped through the page and saw the picture of Cecilia on it. "I'm glad her efforts paid off. Cilia's a talented young lady."

"But..." Bond smoothly sat on a chair next to Elise as he asked. "Weren't you the one who originally created this plan, Elli-chan? Isn't much easier if Elli-chan's the one who proposed it to them since you're the mastermind behind this?"

Elise softly chuckled. "That is true, Bond. But... I'm tired of being in the spotlight and being the center of attraction. I plan to live my life in peace and discreetly and associate with some of acquaintances privately."

The brunette picked up her teacup and took a sip before continuing. "It's fine. All the hard work goes to Cilia since she was the one who persisted and persevered."

Elise had been actually collecting and making solid information in order for the new order to pass the parliament for years now. The week after she woke up from her coma-like state, she met with Cecilia and explained to her her plans of changing the education system.

By doing so, all the collected data, papers and legal forms will be passed to Cecilia, who was willing to charge through the parliament personally. Elise taught her the few basics and the rest of them were Cecilia's own efforts to study and make a convincing explanation for them.
