Chapter 1

Hmm. At most, he has no idea what to do at all as of now. He's barely arrived here and he's completely lost on what to do. Summer vacation, what to do?

Adjusting his glasses as he wore his totally natural university student attire to blend in. Surely nobody will know it's him. It's rare for him to have his hair down as well, making him be unnoticed by anyone he knows.

His genius... Sometimes it frightens him.

The city is quite preposterous if he must say. Certainly, Las Vegas was what he expected. Huge, crowded, many attractions for tourists. It's a place where there's much to do. But the thing is that he's completely lost on what to do. For now, he'll just walk around the place and stop by a few places.

The first stop in his mind is the casino. Now he's not a gambler of sorts. It's just that he has never really been to one. Causing his peak in interest to rise.

Bump

Archer found himself bumping into somebody while he wasn't paying attention. He blinked as he saw who bumped into him.

"Sorry about that miss." Archer said to Lily. Staring at her with a small smile. "I didn't see where I was going." Archer said.

"It's fine Archer-Senpai." Lily said with a smile.

"... Has my cover been blown this fast?!" Archer asked with a shocked face. "But I made sure to blend in with the crowd... I-I mean. I'm sorry miss. I don't know who you're talking about." Archer said.

"It's not good to lie Archer-Senpai. I... It's obvious that it was you." Lily said.

"I have no clue what you mean. My name isn't Archer. I keep telling you... Yes, it's me." Archer said in defeat, signing at his stupid attempt of hiding his identity.

"Is something the matter with you wanting to hide yourself?" Lily asked him.

"Well... In a way. Yes." Archer said with closed eyes. "Master had me wear the Spiritron Dress I had used on our campaign trip last summer..."

"Hmm. I think it looks good on you Archer-Senpai!" Lily said happily. Archer can only close his eyes once again. "So please don't feel like you don't look good at all! You're great the way you are!" Lily said.

"You're too pure for the world Lily..." Archer mumbled under his breath. "That's not what I'm worried about." Archer told Lily.

"Then what is it?"

"Each time I stare at myself in the mirror, all I see is my baby face... At most I hate how I look like because it resembles someone I truly despise." Archer said with irritation. "Besides, I feel that looking like this, if I meet a certain someone, or multiple people... Who knows what I'll hear from them." Archer said.

"Multiple people? So you don't want them to see you looking like that?"

"Yes. That's correct. Please refrain from telling anyone this. I wish not to deal with a headache or past trauma. I'm not going to be excited when a reunion of sorts happens between us and have my ear chewed up if they ever found out who I really was." Archer said.

"You can count on me Archer-Senpai!" Lily said with a smile.

"Do you by any chance know where the casino is at?" Archer asked Lily.

"The casino?"

"Yeah, I was thinking of stopping by there. It's my first time going to a casino so I thought it wouldn't hurt to see what it was like. Besides, I've barely arrived in Vegas so I didn't have much of an idea on what to do here."
