Final Part

"Surprise for what, huh?" Darius asked, naiirita siya sa hindi ko malaman na dahilan.

"I want Darlene and I to get back together, so you guys need to help me." I put a bouquet of flowers on the table.

Tinakpan ko agad ang tenga ko nang marinig ang bawat reklamo nila. Ang daming reklamo, mga bayad naman sila.

My plan happened. Gusto ko lang talaga siya maging akin ulit. And this time, no secrets between us. If we have a problem, we must tell each other.

"So, you're gonna sleep with me?" I asked like a child.

"Ano pa nga ba?" She laughed. Patalon siyang nahiga sa kama. "Namiss ko ang mahiga dito..." she hugged my pillows. "Ang lambot ng unan! Namiss ko 'to!"

"Ako? Hindi mo namiss yakapin?" I asked, smirking.

"Hindi," biro niya. "Joke lang. Anyway, maliligo na ako tapos ikaw rin."

"We are gonna-."

"Ulol, pagkatapos ko saka ka maligo," she cut my words.

"I thought we were going to shower together," I chuckled.

She raised her middle finger, laughing. Dumeretso na siya sa bathroom to take a shower.

Nilingon ko ang calendar. Malapit na pala ang birthday niya. Ano kaya ang magandang gift? I want to give her a gift that will be sentimental. Ayoko ng basta basta regalo lang kaya naghahanap ako.

I turned off my phone when she went outside. She's wearing a pajama. Tumayo na ako para maligo. I kissed her on the forehead first before going inside the bathroom. It was just a quick shower then after that I wore my pajama. She want us to be 'matchy-matchy' daw.

"Yey, matchy-matchy tayo!" She sounded so excited. "Kunin mo na 'yong instax, love, picture tayo!"

Ginawa ko ang utos niya. I handed her instax camera. Nahiga ako sa kama pero hinila niya ako paupo.

"Umayos ka na kasi! Lagi mong pinipisil ang pisngi ko!" Reklamo niya.

Natawa ako nang makita ang pamumula ng pisngi niya.

"You're cute," I kissed her cheeks. Kinuha ko sa kamay niya ang instax. "Aayos na po ako. Let's take a picture now."

I kissed her cheeks as I clicked the camera. Her eyes widened a bit. She's so damn cute. Kinuha ko 'yon at tiningnan.

"You're cute..." I whispered, chuckling. "Let's sleep or do you want to eat?"

"Sleep! Hug mo na ako," she widened her arms.

We changed positions. Nakahiga siya sa mga braso ko. She leaned her head on my chest. I wrapped my hands around her waist. I kissed the top of her head before closing my eyes. It felt home. She's always been my home, forever.

When their birthday comes, we surprised them pero si Darlene mismo ang pinaka-nasurprise dahil siya lang ang walang alam. Alam 'to ni Darius, e, napakapapansin kasi ang sabi ko 'wag pakialaman ang balak ko pero umepal lang talaga.

I bought a gift from her. Galing pang-ibang bansa 'yon. May gift rin naman ang iba sa kaniya pero mukhang ang akin lang ang nagustuhan niya. Well, lahat naman ng binibigay ko sa kaniya... nagugustuhan niya.

After surprising them, umuwi na rin kami. Magkakaroon naman ng party mamaya. We also need to rest. Sa isang Hotel 'yon gaganapin. Actually Tita Grace has already bought a gift for Darlene, at sina Phoebe rin.

A loud gunshot woke me up. Napatayo kaagad ako dahil alam kong sa loob ng mansion namin nanggaling ang tunog. I got my gun. Kinasa ko ang baril ko at kaagad na lumabas.
