Draco was currently in defense against the dark arts the day of a full moon. Severus was teaching the class. He knew perfectly well why professor Lupin wasn't here.

Draco felt like it was obvious that professor Lupin was a werewolf between the lesson they were having and the fact he wasn't here. Learning about werewolf's was nothing new because Draco had done a lot of research in the library and not once did Hermione bother him about why.

Theo looked unimpressed the whole time. He was leaning back and running his hands through his hair not focusing on anything important.

Draco scanned the room looking at all of his friends. Nothing has really been happening. Sirius black had escaped Azkaban and people were freaking out about it but Draco already knew the truth about the man. He was framed.

Of course Draco couldn't just go around saying that especially not in front of Severus or professor Lupin.

They received a paper assignment on the effects of wolfsbane and Draco already knew what to put. Draco felt like he was cheating almost since he had already done all of these things but he didn't voice that.

Potions was horrible Finnigan managed to make his Shrinking Solution explode and in all honesty he had no idea how.

They all had to leave the room and for the first time that Draco had been back he finally looked at potter. His hair was a mess and his glasses were falling off his face which bothered Draco more than it should.

Severus was yelling and taking points away from the Gryffindors. Finnigan didn't seem to care much though.

They were all dismissed early and Finnigan ended up with detention for arguing with their teacher.  Pansy and Theo were laughing next to him and Blaise seemed to have his focus on something else or rather someone else.

Draco followed his eyes and saw Neville the boys face was red either from fear of snape or from embarrassment and Draco was tempted to ask.

When Neville left with Thomas Blaise watched him go. Draco looked back and forth between the two and realized something. Or thought he did. It seemed that Blaise had a crush on Neville Longbottom. How did Draco not realize this sooner maybe because he was to focused on bothering people and starting problems.

Later that day when they were in the commons room Draco sat next to his taller friend making the other boy look at him. Draco didn't say anything but smiled at him.

That sat in silence watching as Pansy and Theo argued about who would survive if the school caught on fire.

Draco wasn't a big fan of the conversation but he couldn't help but listen. Pansy was saying that all Slytherins would make it out because they were just better but Theo kept saying how we would all die. It seemed to aggravate Pansy to no end.

"Not everyone has to die Theo." She yelled

"We're in the dungeon the lowest point of the school we are not making it out Pansy." He shot back

Draco heard Daphne snort from the other couch were her and her younger sister Astoria were sitting. Astoria had a hand over her mouth and was red from holding her laughter. Draco couldn't help but laugh a bit as well.

The rest of the night was relatively calm until Draco woke up in the middle of the night from a dream.

He got up put on some shoes and walked right out of the Slytherin rooms and into the hallways. It was well past curfew but he didn't really care until he came up a few flights of stairs and heard footsteps.

The only problem was there was no one there at least not that he could see. He followed the sound of them and watched as potter and Weasley suddenly appeared out of thin air.

It made so much more sense to Draco. Of course they had the cloak of invisibility. Why wouldn't they.

Draco ran back to the dungeons and Blaise was sitting up when he came in. He raised and eyebrow "where were you?"

"Out by the Ravenclaw house." He told his friend. He seemed satisfied with the answer and laid back down watching as Draco took off his shoes and laid in his own bed. He soon drifted back into sleep.
