Is it all over now? (pt 1)

The explosion was big enough to push everyone away. Augustus and Kayden were the first ones to try and get up from the ground, followed by everyone else. They were praying that she somehow was alive, all of them knew the possibility was low but they couldn't accept that she might be dead. Just as they were about to enter the burning building a swarm of Kara's men stood in front of the building stopping everyone from entering.

"We are sorry we can't let you in, donna's orders," One of the guards said even if all he wanted to do was run in and check on her

"You have got to be fucking kidding? My sister is inside" Angelo shouted When the guards didn't move Aiden said

" Go to hell with her orders, Let us in we can still save her "

"Adrian aren't you going to tell them to move, Kara is inside for god's sake, " Kayden said losing his patients

While Adrian just looked down his best friend was inside but he couldn't move because of a stupid promise. Moreover, he knew the men wouldn't move. They were the specially trained members they followed orders until their last breath.

Everyone was verbally fighting among themselves Kara's family to go inside and her members to keep them outside

"Fuck it " Adrian shouted now finally looking up. And punched one of the guards in his face, just when he was about to punch him again he heard a voice

" What are you all yapping about "

a voice everyone thought they would never hear again

She is alive, She is safe. I don't think I have ever been this happy in my life. She was bruised, with cuts all over her body but she was alive and that's all that mattered. There was a woman next to her she looked skinny and had wounds all over her body, she looked familiar to... Kara
She is Elijah's mom

" Mom " a sob was heard, Kayden

Everyone rushed towards them, Kara looked at one of the members of her mafia and nodded

The girl came forward and took Kara's mom from Kara's arms

Kara and her mom, Emma made eye contact

" Don't worry, you will be safe with her. We will come and meet you once your wounds are cleaned " Kara started but paused for a second and then added " Mom "
So she knows

The moment Emma was out of sight Kara's legs gave out. She was about to fall but Kayden who was closest to her held her. All her brothers surrounded her, as she and Kayden sat on the ground.

" Are you fine? " Stefano asked her. She just gave him a weak nod and smiled.

" Let's take you to the infirmary " Aiden said, kara shook her head and tried getting up but fell back.

"Wait" Angelo took a water bottle from one of the members and passed it to Kayden who was sitting next to her. Kayden opened it for her and put it near her mouth so she could drink it.

" Elijah, Augustus go get your wounds treated," She told them they looked ready to protest but stopped when she glared at them.

She looked at me and then said
" Since you are still here help me get up " I rolled my eyes at her but nonetheless helped her get up

" at least try to be a little grateful and say thank you, " I said fake glaring at her

"You should be grateful I saved your ass by not sending you to save Augustus " she sassed back ouch. Women never let you be in peace. But I still felt bad she shouldn't have gone alone
