Chapter 10:Something weird

ACE POV

"Are you sure na okay ka lang?" Eve asked for the nth time. I smiled and nodded. "Oo,okay lang ako." She nodded still unconvinced. They've been asking me this question ever since they woke up. After that dream I couldn't go back to sleep anymore, kaya mukha akong puyat at may eye bags. I look a little horrible kahit nakapag ayos ako.

We are on our way to our classroom. I noticed all of the seniors looking at me. My brows furrowed in confusion. The way they looked at me...its like they're making sure that I'm alright. Its as if they are guarding me. Some of them gave me worried looks. Ano ba ang problema nila?

"Ace, is there a problem?" Tanong ni Aria. Nahalata niya siguro ang expression ko. Umiling ako. "Wala."

Nakarating kami sa classroom. As always, maingay ang mga classmates namin. Total wala pa naman din ang teacher namin.

"Pwede ba! Tigilan niyo ang kakatingin sa akin!" May sumigaw, hindi kalayuan sa amin. I turned to the direction of where the voice came from and saw Ash. He was glaring at the seniors. Napakunot ang noo ko. Are they watching him as well? Umiwas ng tingin ang mga seniors sa kanya at naglakad sa kung saan man sila papunta.

He saw us watching him. He gave us an irritated look. "Ano, ngayon kayo naman ang titingin sa akin?!" I glared. Bwisit talaga. Umiwas ako na patulan siya. I marched on the way to my seat. Nang gigigil talaga ako sa halimaw na yon.

Pumasok si sir Larchar sa loob ng room and started discussing the topic of the day.

The class is finally over, may announcement lang daw si sir kaya kailangan namin muna manatili sa classroom.

"Okay class, as we all know, malapit na ang family day natin, it will start in May five, so I want all of you to give these letters to your parents, pero kung wala na kayong parents, for example, if they are working far away from here or if they are already deceased, you can send the letter to your close relatives or your guardians, got it?" All of us nodded. He snapped his fingers and the letters that was placed on the table started flying towards us. A letter landed on my desk. Kinuha ko ito at tinago sa bag ko.

"And one more thing, as all of you know, Magia Academy is known for producing powerful groups right?" Tanong niya. Tumango kaming lahat. "Well, group day is also coming soon. The academy has three powerful groups.Ang mga teachers ang pumipili kung saan ka nararapat mapunta. The third powerful group is Barron, dito ilalagay ang mga students na magagaling sa pag gamit ng mga sandata, the second is Solen, dito naman ilalagay  ang  mga students na may mga healing magic, and defense magic and also the sub types of elemental magic . These two groups consists of  twelve members. And the most powerful group is team magia. This group consists of six members, at bawat isa sa kanila ay may position, ang primary defense, ang member na mag po-protekta sa kanila. Ang seer, ang tutulong sa kanila para maiwasan ang mga atake ng kalaban, ang illusionist, ang tutulong sa kanila from afar, ang healer, ang mang gagamot ng grupo at ang captain, the one who leads them. Ang team na ito ang  corona ng academy kaya  mahirap maging parte nito. It is the best of the best. I am hoping that one of you will enter these powerful group and represent our academy. Good Luck Magians" mahabang paliwang ni sir and ginod luck kami.

We all nodded. All of them are looking forward for this. All of them are hoping to enter the most powerful group of the academy. Ako hindi na aasa pa, hindi ko pa naman alam ang magic ko eh. But its kind of weird. Ang bilis naman ng family day at ng grouping day, sa pag kakaalam ko, sa month of June lang nagaganap ang dalawang events na ito. Bakit kaya nila binilisan. Sir dismissed the class.

Tumayo kami at nag lakad paalis. Habang nag lalakad, napansin ko na kanina pa tahimik ang mga kasama ko. Tiningnan ko sila. "Oh, okay lang kayo?" Tumango sila ngumiti. But their smile was forced. Bakit ganun? Kanina lang ang hyper nila. Everything is so weird today.

First ang seniors, then the events and now Eve and Aria. I can't help but feel that somethings not right. Its like the academy is hiding something. But what?
