Ruby POV
I watch as uncle Yn falls down. "CAYDE!" I scream and use my semblance to look down the whole. "Aaaaaaahhhhhh!" I hear his scream get quiet. "How do I get down their!" I ask Mr port.
"Your too young not to mention it's probably to late for him" he said "NO ITS NOT!" I yell with anger in my eyes. Everybody looked at me in shock. I never raised my voice at someone. "RUBY ROSE!" Yang yelled at me I didn't listen I used my semblance and left at speed so fast I got my combat gear and Crescent Rose my scythe. I enter the class room and was about to to jump into the whole when my sister held onto me. "You are not going in their!" She said I tried to break free but nothing. "Sorry yang" I say "sorry for wha- OUCH." She groan holding the foot I smashed mine into. And I jumped after my uncle. As I close in to the ground I use crescent rose in gun mode To land safer. As I land I look around to see a lot of dead grim. I then see ten of them surrounding a badly beaten Yn. His face was damaged and missing a piece or two and a lot of scratches. He looked at his gun and said something. As the grim We're about to kill him. I yell. "NOOO!" And my eyes glowed. And when i look up I saw 5 of the grim dead only five big ones left in the back recovering slowly. I see uncle Yn laying down on the ground holding his Gun. I run up to him. "Uncle Yn" I say tears staining my eyes.
"Hey kid" he said I smile and hug him he pats my back. "I love you two but you don't have much time." He said "No I'm not leaving you..........I lost family once I'm not letting it happen again." She says he looks down at his gun. He sighs "help me up and we can get through this. Then we will go eat and I'll give you some story's and my past how does that sound." He said I wipe my tears "Fine" I say he puts one arm over my shoulder and uses his wait to stand up against me. "Let's do this little red" He says "let's do this uncle Yn" I say
He aims his gun at one of the grims head shooting at it but it only damaged and made it pist. It charged at us. He wanted it too. As it gets close he throws a knife at its killing it. "Your turn Red I'm reloading." He said I let him down. While he reloads I use my semblance too swipe at all the four remaining grim. Getting them close too kill. I rush back too Yn he starts shooting all the grim taking out each one with a single shot. After there dead I look at Yn. He smiled then I felt pain in my stomach i slide to the side. "RUBY!" Yn yelled and through pain got up and tried to shoot the grim but had no bullets. He holstered his gun and ran at the grim and jumped up and started stabbing it. "NEVER NEVER THOUCH MY FAVORITE NIECE." He yelled while stabbing a dead body of the grim. He looked at me and walked over in slight pain. "You ok little Rose"he said sitting beside me. Looking to see if I was ok. "I'm better and your my favorite Uncle." I said he smiled and hugged me. I hugged back. "Want to help me get upstairs." He said I chuckle and get up and we help each other get up and go back. As we walk he started a conversation. "So Ruby do you know what power you hold." He said " no it kinda just happened." I said "well let me tell you stop here." He said I stoped and we sate down.
"Ruby remember The story of the four maidens and the silver eyed warrior." He said I nodded. "Well ever wonder why ozpin called you out on your eye color."he said my eyes widen. "Yep it's true all of it.and I'm going to teach you so you can use it to protect the people you love."he said I hugged him. "Hey let's keep this secret a trump card." He said I nod. "Also I think it's time people get to see my face." He said I nod and we continue walking.
Yang pov
"We're is my sister!" I yell. At professor ozpin
"I'm sorry Miss xaoilong but the amount of grim down there would have killed them both."he said I was getting angry till I hear a elevator ding. I turn around to see Ruby and some Robot holding her. She ways bleeding. I run up and punch the robot. "Stay away from my sister.!" I yell and look at Ruby. "Are you ok you are so stupid do you know how worried I was?" I fired rapid questions. But she ignored me and ran to the robot. "Yang don't hurt him!" She yelled "him?" I ask
"This is cayde!" She yelled my eyes widen.
Another ding happens and the door open to reveal caydes chicken kernel. He ran to the robot or cayde. And cuddled his legs. "Mr ozpin can we be excused for classes for a few days to recover and can I...........stay with cayde." She said I was shocked she would rather spend time with the robot. "Yes miss Rose" he said
Ruby picked up cayde and left with the chicken behind them. I just went to the dorm.
Ozpin pov
As they left I looked at the computer
"Let's see what happened." I said
As I look at footage. I see nothing just a black screen. "Guess we will never know what happens down there. At lest they don't know about her." I say and drink my coffee thinking of cayde. "So he's a robot.......interesting" I say
Yn POV
I get to my Room with Ruby and Kernel I open the door and place my gun on the work bench. I go over the the couch and extend it to make a bed. "Ruby you get my bed I get the couch." I said and with that we both plop onto the beds not even bothering to change and let sleep take us. As I sleep I say a few words "I'm not done yet I got more to fight for." I say
