"Damn it" I screamed.

I knocked Terrell's whole formula on the floor.

"Whaaaaaah" he screamed louder.

I picked him up and started singing to him. He got quiet and when I looked back down he was sleep. I put him in is car seat and put a blanket over it and walked outside to my mother's Audi Q7.

Once we were in the car, I made sure Terrell was secure I went and locked the front door and started the car and pulled off towards Walmart.

Once I pulled up to Walmart I got a cart and put his car seat on the seating part and made sure it snapped. I pushed the alarm on the truck and we made our way in the store.

Since we're at Walmart I decided to pick up my feminine products and other important things.

Once we were done, I stood in the long ass line. Once we got to checkout and everything was rung up I noticed I didn't have my wallet on me.

"Damn it" I shook my head in disbelief.

"Is there anyway you could hold my items until I come back. It'll only take twenty minutes."

"I got it lil mama."

Some fine ass dude said from behind me.

"No thank you. It's alright I got this. Ma'am I'll be back."

I said getting Terrell's seat off the cart.
Until I was rudely tapped by my shoulder.

"Excuse me. My bad for touching you. I already paid for your things you all good to go."

"You didn't have to, but thank you."

"Anytime. What's your name?"

"Rain."

"Rain. Rain. Like the whether?"

He said with a straight but sexy face.

"Yes. What's your name?" I chuckled.

"Dontae."

"Alright well thanks again Dontae but I really need to get going now."

It didn't dawn on me that I was talking to a well known man. I walked away towards my truck and unlocked it. First putting Terrell in and making sure he was secure before I started putting the bags in.

"Awwww shit today must be my lucky day."I heard a voice say behind me.

"How is that?"

I turned around with a irritated look on my face. But then I changed it up and put on a smile once I noticed it was Dontae.

"I see your beautiful ass in the store and then I parked next to you."

"Oh well I guess you are right then."

"I hate to be rude but where have you been hiding all my life?"

"Ummmmmm let's see I don't know, but I'm going back into hiding."

I said while continuing to put the last bags in the truck.

"Oh is that right? When can I see you again?"

"You'll have to wait and see. Thank you again. See you later."

"Alright Rain I'll see you around."

"Alright."

As all I said getting in the driver's seat, backing out of the parking space. On the way home Terrell started whining again, so I knew that meant I had to hurry up and feed him.

I pulled up to Safeway since we needed some groceries. Before we went into the store I made him a bottle and gave it to him. I wanted to cook a good dinner but then I realized, I'd just get stuff to make a sandwich.

Once I paid for it with my emergency money in the car, we were on our way home when I got a call.

"Hello." I answered on the third ring.

"Hey Rain this Marcel, can you come in a little early tonight?"

"I'll see what I can do. What time do you need me to come in?"

"Eight o'clock please."

"OK. I'll see what I can do. I'll call you back in like a half and hour."

"OK. I'll talk to you in a little bit."

"Alright bye."

Once I hung up I was in the driveway, I just sat in the car looking at the house and started crying. After about twenty minutes of that I got myself together, because Terrell started whining. I turned around in my seat and carefully took him out his seat and put him in my lap.

"Hi baby what's wrong?"

He started wiggling in my arms.

"It's time for us to go get ready so I can make us some Mula."

The smile he had soon turned into him whining again. I hate to leave my baby, but now I'm the parent and I have to take on adult duties.

I talked to him for a few more minutes before I put him back in his seat so we could go in the house and get ready.
