The theatrics,
you birthed it,
you nurtured it,
it grew.
Bitter and resentful
Forgiving and free
You wrapped up the problem
You wrapped it up like a present
you kept it,
you left it unopened,
you trapped it,
it's time to let it breathe.
Open and honest
Secretive and withheld
She still needs you Renee
She still needs your help
the longer you leave her,
the more you become someone else,
hear her voice,
having a voice is wealth.

Hurt and damaged
Empathetic and real
I will listen to your sorrows
I will help you on your path to heal,
I will be your plaster,
with no loose ends or deals.
QUIET and fearful
Bold and brave
I will show you there is nothing to be scared of,
I promise you I will stay,
I promise your voice is something we will make,
and I promise an emotion is something,
you will never have to fake.
