Chapter 17: Celebration

After Zhui Li submitted her novel for the competition, the company held its annual anniversary celebration which will be attended by all the employees of the company and their families and close one. This include the executives, the employees, editors, authors and even sponsors and their families. Since Xiao Zhan was part of completion of the novel that Zhui Li wrote and being Yibo's boyfriend, Zhui Li invited him to join the party.

At first, he really didn't like to go but Zhui Li insisted and also Yibo told him to come with them and that leaves him no choice but to agree.

Xiao Zhan finished bathing, wrap a towel on his waist and went out of the bathroom. He looked at the calendar and he saw that X mark on his calendar which indicates that his heat period will come and also it's the day of the Anniversary Celebration that he will attend together with the Wang Family. He still can't believe how time flies so fast with his relationship with Yibo and how the situation turns out in their favor. He felt like he was married to him and was already living as part of the Wang Family because of how he was treated so well.

While wiping his hair, the door of his room suddenly opened and he was surprise to see Yibo who stop his movement upon seeing him half naked. Yibo immediately went out and lock the door which made Xiao Zhan chuckled. He approached the door and opened it again then he saw Yibo standing near the door. "What do you need?" Xiao Zhan asked casually.

"D... did you just finish taking a bath?" Yibo stuttered.

"Yup." He replied. "Do I smell good?" Xiao Zhan teased.

"Please don't tease me." Yibo replied shyly.

"Sorry... sorry, you look cute when you're embarrassed." He continued. "So, is there something... you need to tell me?"

"Nothing, I just check if you're ready but I didn't know that you just finish taking a bath a...and..." Yibo replied. "I'm sorry for the intrusion. Please come out ones you done changing; the stylist is already here." He added before he leave Xiao Zhan alone.

Xiao Zhan chuckled seeing Yibo being flustered. He can say that he was really innocent since he was blushing after seeing him that way. They've been dating for months already but they actually didn't do anything more than holding hands, hugging and simple kissing each other. Xiao Zhan felt bad teaching a high school student do 'that' even though there are times that he felt the need to since he's an Alpha and there are times that when Yibo do something that made his heart beat, he also feel the rose in his pheromones but he hide those urge to be touch and feel Yibo's warmth since he didn't want touch a minor but he wonder how long can he control himself.

"I hope Yibo would graduate already." Xiao Zhan mumbled.

"Xian-ge, do I look handsome?" Fanxing asked while showing Xiao Zhan his suits with bowtie. He even turned around like a model in a runway.

Xiao Zhan fixed Fanxing's bowtie since it's a little distorted. "That's better." He told him. "I am sure everyone will stare at you in the party. You look soooo handsome in that suits." He added.

"I think Bo-ge will stand out more." Fanxing said. "He's really handsome when he grooms himself so you better prepare yourself."

"What do you mean?"

"Last time, so many ladies approached him and eyes set on him. He's like a prince, specially the theme last year is prince and princesses." Fanxing told Xiao Zhan. "I have a picture of Bo-ge, do you want to see?"

"I love too." Xiao Zhan said excitedly. He wanted to see Yibo in prince outfit but before Fanxing can show him the picture, Yibo arrived and he really look handsome with his hair brush up and forehead showing. The blue suits perfectly fit him and he can't take his eyes off him. They put a little make up on him so he looks a little different than his normal style. That moment he felt so fortunate that he owned him because if not many people will definitely try to capture his attention like Fanxing said.
