Chapter 26: Confession

Guo Cheng arrived at his classroom and he saw a chocolate drink on his table with a post-it attached to it. 'Have a good day' with a bunny emoji smiling widely drawn on it. Milky and Choco were busy chatting when he arrived so he called their attention and asked who put the chocolate drink on his desk. Both of them shrugged their shoulder at the same time.

"Boss, you have a secret admirer." Choco told him.

"That someone even give you your favorite brand." Milky added.

Cheng glared at both of them "Are you sure you didn't know anything? Did you put this on my desk on purpose?" he asked curiously.

"Of course not. Why will we do that boss?" Choco denied. "Besides when we arrived here, it was already there. We didn't see who put that on your desk."

"Boss how was your interview? Did you make it?" Milky asked.

Cheng smiled and made a piece sign. "Piece of cake." He replied happily. He take off the straw on the drinks and stabbed it on the straw part and he take a sip. He didn't know who give it to him but it's a free drink and its his favorite so he didn't hesitate to drink on it. "But since I am student, I can only work at weekend or days that we didn't have class besides I need to pick up Ji Yang at her school." He continued. "This drink tasted better, is it because its free?"

"It's probably because it's given by someone who likes you." Choco answered. "Boss, everyone is noticing your Alpha side. If you only act decent then probably you have same popularity as Lai Ken besides your both Alpha."

"But Boss is popular but only the opposite of Lai Ken." Milky joked which made Choco laughed.

"Lai Ken is really attractive, charismatic, smart and rich, he's like the epitome of a real Alpha." Milky continued.

Cheng frowned "Then be friends with him if you wanted a popular Alpha." Cheng snapped. "I don't need friends who speak bad about me, besides what can popularity benefit you if those people surrounding you are just nasty people just wanting you because you're handsome and cool and charismatic. As long as I have one who can cherish me for who I am then that's enough."

"But Boss, that 'one' doesn't exist, you don't have it." Both Milky and Choco replied. "At least Lai Ken has a lot of options." Cheng glared at his two friends so they stop talking. Their teacher arrived and started their class.

After class, Fanxing went straight to the second-year area to look for Cheng. Yesterday, he bought online same headphone that Cheng owned but was accidently broken. Choco and Milky run away when Xiao Zhan arrived and they leave the money that they're supposed to get from him. He covered himself with brown checkered shawl because he remembered what Cheng said that he didn't want to see his face. He was attracting so much attention and second year students who pass by him can't stop staring at him but he doesn't care. He saw Cheng went out of his classroom with Choco and Milky and the instant he step outside of his classroom, Fanxing blocked his way.

"Who are you?" Cheng asked casually. He didn't recognize him at first but Choco whispered to him that it was the transferee guy and upon hearing that he immediately move towards the back of Choco and Milky to hide himself. "Wh...what are you doing here?" he asked him. "Why are you wearing such odd shawl?"

"Because you said you don't want to see my face." Fanxing replied. "Anyways, I am here to apologized for breaking your headphone. I bought same headphone as a compensation, I bought it according to how I remembered it looks like so I am not really sure if its same so..." he pushed the paper bag to Milky so the other one has no choice but to grabbed it. Fanxing run away after giving the paper bag and he felt successful in his mission of giving it to the Cheng and he hope he will like it.
