After my impromptu magic show, Ironwood motioned me around his desk, standing in front of a holographic screen.

Ironwood got on a program that looked creepily like discord, he clicked a person named theimmortal#0420

Ironwood called oz and before long it opened up to Ozpin at his desk.

"Hello James, what do I owe the pleasure," oz asked before sipping some cocoa

"Well, I have someone here you may want to speak to," Ironwood said

"Oh? Who would that be" oz asked

"That would be me, my name is Vincent Paul, King-Emperor of the United Phoenix Empire of Haskaria"

"Oh, you are the child summer spoke of, as well as the very same from the ship heading to Argus. You say you are a king-emperor tell me about how that came about someone your age" oz responded

"Well, first I started building the Empire by rebuilding a destroyed village, we then formed the capital city of Jiyū, our citizens consists of mostly homeless people and refugees. We started on industry and agriculture, and with my powers, I can have at a minimum of 12 grow cycles in one season, and I can make just about anything." I explained

"I see, since you are a king, with immense power, I would like to invite you to join the vytal Festival to explain more of your culture and possibly begin trade with us," Ozpin said

"At the moment I have only one thing I need, that I can't make myself....livestock," I said before continuing "I would also like to report a case of child abuse as well, we were staying at the glass unicorn hotel and a woman hooked a shock collar around a little girls neck, I planned on doing something about it but now that I am the leader of a kingdom, it might cause issues. So I ask that I get permission to take her away from that environment, it a serious matter of security of the five, well now six kingdoms" I said

"There are only 4 kingdoms," Ironwood said

"Nope six, Atlas, Haskaria, mistral, menagerie, Vale, Vacuo. We officially recognize menagerie as a kingdom" I explained

"That could be dangerous for your political standing here and in Mistral"Ironwood said

" yes well, I don't care," I said

"So what is your plan to get this girl out of the hotel," Ozpin asked

I put my hand on my chin before making and sitting on a chair, to the surprise of the two

"your level of control with your powers is astounding, what is the biggest thing you have built," Ozpin asked

"An all-terrain train," I said making him deadpan in shock

"My gods, alright I don't need anything else, Ironwood send them off and come back, I need to talk to you," Ozpin said

"Alright, you may help the girl" Ironwood said

We left the room and a woman walked out of the Academy, to make sure we don't get lost. We stop at the airdocks and head back over to the Glass unicorn, as we enter the building, I see cinder carrying some trays to a backroom and sit them down.

We continue back to the room and lay down for about an hour before a knock at my door is heard.

I opened the door to see Cinder, she is in kitchen staff attire and looking worse for wear.

"Hello, please come in have a seat and we can begin our discussion on how to move forward, first, I know that woman is abusing and neglecting you," I said causing cinder to get visibly nervous. "I know that you have no reason to trust me but I want to help you, I have seen people in your position go down dark paths, even at your age, and I want to help you not be forced down that path. As such me being a king, I have expressed permission to help you"
