After the meeting, I came back to the facility, where I began making books that were like the spell tomes from Skyrim.

I take a blank book and make runes inside. I program it to grant the reader proficiency in the magic the book covers, the more they read it.

It's not instant like Skyrim, but these people are not Dragonborn, so they must study.

The first book is a spell to produce a simple light source. The faunas see in the dark but It is still useful to have light, it's also a great foundation point in light magic.

We now have a library of spell tomes,
And a standardized magic system, a good amount of people can use simple spells, a few can use advanced, one can use an adept spell.

(Four months later)

I was stood in front of a crowd of faunas.

"It is with great pleasure that I am going to officially announce that Grimm has been expelled from the Island, the island also is free from the scorching heat of the desert. This Island can be settled from end to end. I have completed my goal, now it's up to the Chieftain to build a lasting empire, something that can thrive" I spoke before turning to Girah and shaking his hand.

I step off the stage and listen to Girah start talking.

Up in the sky, birb mode Qrow has a camera recording the speech.

Soon we shall be free of human oppression as well because we are placing trade and travel bans on both Mistral and Atlas. We shall also be recognizing the sovereignty of the United Phoenix Empire of Haskaria" he said before continuing

"We have begun trade deals, and mutual relations and they are our biggest allies. We are no longer going to be sitting ducks, we are going to be peaceful but we will also defend our lands, the treatment we get when Mistralian mercenaries came here to kidnap our people a year, stops today. I have authorized sienna Kahn to begin training the White Fang alongside the Haskarian Defense Forces."

"When our families are ripped out of our hands and we are beaten and killed for resisting, the time for peaceful resistance is over, when mistrals mercs return, we will have to do what I advocated against for many years. I slowly turn and walk away, my crew behind me, we walked back to the basecamp, entering the bunker, I open a Portal to Haskaria.

I walk through to find myself a mile outside of Jiyū city, I make an Airship and we all get in before flying into the city.

I did this just to show off mainly, plus I wanted Peleus to be ready for us when we land. When I did land, I found Peleus, Banks, Vanderbilt, and Rockefeller standing at attention. Stepping off the aircraft I notice something strange, they all look nervous.

"What happened," I asked in a frustrated tone

"Mistral attacked, we fended them off, but they were all very strong, we lost some people, they kidnapped some of the faunas citizens as well, lieutenant Arc is still MIA," Peleus said

"WHAT!!" Jaune yelled " where did they go, have you sent out any search teams, anything"

"Yes, and we do know where their base is, but things are looking bad," Peleus said

"Let's talk about this in the office, have some move this aircraft to an empty Hanger," I said before leading the men to my office

"Alright, now what is the situation," J asked

"Well, as I said. Mistral attacked and took some of our people, we have located where they are being held but, the camps are strange, there are lines of buildings that house the people, there are huge fences around the camps, and from satellite footage, we have gathered they are making them work themselves to death"

"How long ago was this, and what other moves are they making," I asked

"W-well this was Six months ago, and in that time they annexed the villages around mistral and taken hold of Liberation and its military base, fortunately, they don't have any of our technology"

"WHAT!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!??!!" I yelled before taking a deep breath" why wasn't I notified, I have multiple means of communication, and you didn't Inform me that a literal war had started SIX MONTHS AGO, peleus what's going on, you should be smarter than this man" I said

"Listen, I thought I could handle it, I thought that it wasn't going to blow up to this scale. Im sorry, truly I am." He said

"Peleus, you're fine, I appreciate what you were trying to do but this isn't something to try and Impress me with, after we settle this war, im sending you on leave for a few months," I said

"Alright, it seems that Mistral has gone totally insane, this isn't new as they have hated us from the start, the first thing we are going to do is cut off all trade with them and publicly announce this atrocity worldwide, then we are going to attack the camps, we aren't playing around anymore, im done with the constant war," I said

"Peleus, send this letter to the Haskarian Broadcasting Center, It contains all of the information that we are going to release, we are going to make this public"

" Rockefeller, get stealth teams ready to go, there are six camps in total, try to detain all the mercenaries you can, but if they resist, kill them. Mistral is going to pay," I said before dismissing them

I walk into my laboratory and make the Nahkriin mask from Skyrim that gave a boost to destruction magic.

Next, I make some purple robes, there is a belt with a skull buckle. Putting this outfit together, I head out to the main camp. Im joining this attack
