“You want me to just drop you off or stay?” Finn asked looking at me. I looked out the window watching as the planes took off from the airport in front of us.

“I don’t know.” I sighed running a hand loosely through my hair. Finn looked at me. I felt bad. He looked so…sad. He looked amazing today. He had on a plaid shirt that wasn’t buttoned up all the way so you could see the tattoos that graced his skin. His jeans clung to his hips and thighs perfectly. He was mouthwatering. “I’m sorry, Finn.” He shook his head.

“No, it’s alright. I’m just being stupid.” I shook my head. How can I explain this to him?

“It’s not you being stupid.  I’m the stupid one.” He smiled at me.

“I have a couple friends that are in town. Why don’t you call me when you want me to pick you up? There is a beach a couple blocks down if you want to talk with him there.” I leaned over and kissed his cheek.

“Thank you, Finnley.” I opened the car door and got out. “For everything.” He smiled at me.

“I’ll talk to you later.” I walked towards the entrance putting my hands in my pocket. I went to Gate B and sat in one of the chairs and waited playing a game on my phone. The plane came in as I finished making me sit up from my laying position. Zander was one of the first couple of people off the plane. He hasn’t changed much since the last time I’ve seen him. He has that ‘don’t screw with me if you want to live’ look to him. His hair is buzzed short making him look even more dangerous. There is something about his piercing eyes that make you cower away from his icy glare. His face was stone making the people around him clear out of the way so they didn’t have to feel his wrath. He just has that vibe.

Even Zander’s outfit screams bad-ass. He wears his old leather jacket that makes his shoulders look broader than they already are.  He wore his traditional white t-shirt and a pair of ripped jeans carrying his bag over his shoulder. “There’s my girl.” He smiled at me.

“Hey, Z.” I smiled wrapping my arms around his chest. He kissed my head.

“How is my Annie?” He rubbed gently at my back.

“I’ve been better.” He pulled back to look at me. I looked over his shoulder to his one of his men.

“You remember Jon.” I smiled at him as he gave me a smile and a nod.

“I do, Hi Jon.” I winked at him making him laugh.

“And we brought a new one. Liam, Ana. Ana, Liam.” I extended my hand to the young man standing next to Jon. Jon you see, he doesn’t change. His hair is still salt and pepper with the same hard blue eyes that draw you in. He had the amount of muscles as some of the Marines that were on base. He looked like he would snap someone like a twig. He probably could snap me like one. But he doesn’t scare me. Jon has been around me for a couple years and I know he is a teddy bear on the inside, to me and his wife. She is one amazing person. They’re perfect for each other. Liam though. He was different he looked smaller than the normal people Zander hired. He has black hair that was falling into his eyes. He gave me a short smile shaking my hand. He wasn’t as built as I thought he’d be.

“Are you going to be working?” I asked Zander squeezing his chest with another hug.

“Just a little. But I’m here for you.” He took my face into his hands. “And we have a lot to go over too.” His fingers gently skimmed the cuts that were healing. “Jon.” I looked over his shoulder as Jon stepped forward and smiled gently at me. “Go get the car from rental.”

“Finn suggested we walk on the beach.” Zander’s eyebrow shot right up. “It’s just a couple blocks down.”  He smirked at me.

“Take the car. Go check in at the hotel.” He shoved his bag to Liam making him nod. “Come my Lady.” I giggled at him as he wiggled his eye brow at me. We walked out of the Airport. “You are very Batman-y today.” He smiled at my socks. I shoved him with my elbow.
