you had just come back from y/u/n. you were thrilled to be celebrating christmas and new year's with your friends and family. but there was one person you had to see first. after the short Uber ride from the train station to the vic, you got out of the car and breathed in the familiar scent of the village. after paying the driver you went straight to the pub where you knew peter would be. you were right. there was your boyfriend, talking with his friend. you couldn't contain the excitement any longer. you squealed and peter turned around. when he saw you, he was ecstatic. you ran into peter's arms and he picked you up. you were home.
