Cloud 9

The lights went out and many were in panic. 

Several coaches went to find out what was wrong while the security tried to calm the atmosphere.

All of a sudden, music began playing.

"Music?" Riko asked.

"What's happening?"

Then in the stands, a spotlight appeared which fell on that same cornrow boy who threatened Kagami.

Rio's voice resounded through the stadium inciting looks of pure confusion. What was happening?

Going big now that I can take it,
All the way to cloud 9

There was a drumbeat and the next verse started. The spotlight then changed to Haruka who was standing on the other end of the stadium.

Dropping in, wanna feel the rush now
Sun is out, the wind is in my hair
Nothing else could be quite as awesome,
As when I'm soaring through the air

And then, the lights came on again and from the crowd, a large number of people stood up from their seats and began doing a synchronized dance to the beat.

Haruka and Rio's voices harmonized for the chorus.

So here we go, And we ain't gonna take it slow
We're ready now to touch the sky,
This must be how it feels to fly,

Then Rio started pumping his fist in the air heating the atmosphere as he sang the next part.

I'm on cloud 9! I'm on cloud 9!

Haruka began walking down the stairs and fist-bumped with some people.

I'm on cloud 9! I'm on cloud 9! Rio sang again.

All the teams, players, coaches, officials, and spectators were left in a baffled state. Some were swept up with the atmosphere and soon, nearly everyone was wearing a smile on their face.

However, what really surprised the crowd was who sang next.

The lights dimmed again and shone on a certain area on the court. When everyone turned their attention there, their jaws dropped to see the one and only Seirin ace holding a mic.

"KAGAMI?!!" yelled Seirin and the generation of miracles.

Kuroko lost his poker face, Kise's jaw dropped, Midorima's glasses cracked and Akashi...well, he was just amused.

Don't give up, keep on taking chances
Put in time, till you get it right
Winding up, swinging for the fences
Won't go down without a fight

All the teams they had beaten were literally speechless.

Bakagami can sing?!

"Taiga can sing?!" Alex and Tatsuya shouted.

And finally, the spotlight went on the last person. 

"YUI?!" the generation of miracles yelled again along with anyone who knew her.

The girl entered the court and began singing.

Going hard, push it to the limit
To the edge, go to the extreme
There's no doubt that I'm gonna win it
