After finding the mysterious pup at the abandoned apartment Ryder,Chase and Tames came back to the lookout while Ryder carried the pup to the beanbags inside the lookout after that Marshall patched the pups wounds after the pup grons.
???: Woah where am I ?
Ryder: at the lookout.
???: Oh no please do not hurt me.
Rubble: we are not going to hurt you.
After the whole paw patrol and the cadets ressure the pup that he will not be harmed.
Tames: btw whats your name?
???: My name is bust.
Ryder: do you have home?
Bust: no my owner died by some sort of people wearing gas masks with futuristic gun.
Z and C: wait what sign did the people had.
Bust: they had a full name called MPP.
Chase: Zuma you know what that means.
Zuma: yeah but how did they find us.
Tracker: amigos what are you talking about?
Z and C: nothing.
Ryder: uhh ok do study at a pup school?
Bust: yes i study at Adventure bay pup school before my owner died.
Chase: hey want to take revenge on these guys.
Bust: yes they will pay for killing my owner!
Chase: well if you want to do that you need to be a police officer.
Tames: wait chief lets make Bust the second cadet for police training.
Chase: hey Bust want to be my cadet.

So the paw patrol pups went to their pup house while the cadets sleep inside the lookout.
